Train your staff the menu there selling. Staff taking order s need to be trained on ingredients and menu foods. Ask your staff if something is spicy, or BBQ and if it is, can i not get the sauce if it s a sauce. Staff had no clue. Her answer was i don t work in the back ot not my job so i have no clue. Ask your staff if she could find out. Your staff giggles and repeats herself that not my job and i don t work back there. So i left and ate at the next place. Please train your staff. What if someone is alergic to an ingredient and asks your un trained staff if your product carries it. And they say no and it lands a person in hospital or dead. Training your staff is a big way to make your customers happy. It wont her your business to take time and teach and maybe give samples of food so they know how to help the customers. And also train the to react in a better manner if they can not answer a question and to get someone who can. Giggles and smiles don t give u good rates. Good mannered and helpful staff bring u happy customer s and they will want...

I purchased a Hummus Veggie salad last week as a takeout order. I already left the mall and was several miles away until I realized there was no hummus with my salad. I went back to the same location days later and explained what happened. The young girl came out and said she was the manager. She stated that their policy is to only exchange the food for something different if I had the food present and would not replace my food for what I originally paid for. I showed her the photo of my order, showing her that there was no hummus in my salad. I was confused because most businesses realize if a mistake was made then they try to make the situation correct for their customers. Apparently customers do not come first at this location. She offered no apology and said that's their policy. I will never go back there again. Extremely poor...

Don't know her name, but the little blonde hair girl working on March 21st after 7pm. Horrible attitude from the jump.. first off, there was a line of people waiting for almost 10 mins before she came out the back.

"What do you want" is what she says . No smoke or anything.

After ordering, she goes to the back for another 10 mins. When she finally comes out, she just slams the bag on the counter. Didn't even tell me it was my order just walked away.

Next time that I come back, the attitude and atmosphere needs to better.. or I will hurt someone's feelings.
