I originally had them re-pot a tree for me in 2012 (that I have owned and has been healthy since 2006)and had a great experience and the tree thrived. 2 years later, the tree needed to be moved to a new and larger pot. I called the garden center and PAID to have them come out again to re-pot into the larger pot. They came out and re-potted it with new soil which ended up being INFESTED with Gnat eggs, they came out TWO other times to re-pot after this, each time having to uproot the tree and put in new soil/GnatNix/chemicals and every time it did more and more damage to the tree and caused Gnat infestation in my very clean house. Finally after researching online as the tree was dieing, I found out that they had been putting in the WRONG soil for my palm tree and it was drowning the plant and because it was infested it caused additional sickness to the plant including spider mites on the leaves. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARDEN CENTER, they were not knowledgeable about my tree and almost killed it. WATCH OUT FOR INFESTED SOIL/PLANTS...
Read moreToday I bought these two cactus. I had to get a uber since I don’t drive. I had a problem with my phone. I couldn’t use the internet. I asked the staffs if I can use the wifi to get a uber. The staffs tried their best, but they didn’t know the password for the wifi. The staff tried to get a uber with her phone with my credit card, but my credit card was declined. I didn’t have any other card or cash. I asked if they have a delivery service. They do have, but it costs $40, and it doesn’t make sense cause uber would cost around $15. Then, they offered me a free delivery for these lovely cactus. They delivered these cactus to my apartment on the same day for free! I really would like to thank the staffs!! Read moreI've visited this store before and really liked the plants and most of the employees—they've always been helpful and kind. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I had an uncomfortable experience with a man I believe may be the owner. He was a tall, heavy-set man, and the way he spoke to staff and interacted with me made me feel uneasy. When I asked him a question, he stared at my chest instead of maintaining respectful eye contact. After a brief answer, he walked away before I could ask anything else. He also seemed agitated or overly energized, which added to my discomfort. Because of this interaction, I don’t feel comfortable returning, even though the rest of the staff was lovely.
