Whether you’re a beginner or expert, this mosaic art workshop is a fun activity to do solo, with a date or friends! You start off by choosing if you want to create a lamp (extra $) or candle holder; I opted for the candle holder.
The instructor begins the class by going over the basics and history of Turkish lamps. You’re provided with a kit including everything you need for this workshop. The mosaics were easier than I thought especially with the tweezers from the kit. They also provide you with sheets where you can choose glass shapes/colors and design it on the sheet before glueing it to your lamp/candle holder. While gluing the glass pieces, you get to try Turkish delights and tea. The instructor was more than happy to fill up your cup too. Once you’re finished glueing each piece, it’s time for beads! I loved mixing the colors together and (messily) putting them on my candle holder. Such a fun learning activity!
Tickets are $99 per person to design the candle holder. Lamps are extra $.

Tons of beads came off and it honestly looks horrible in comparison to what it looked like before the grout. So if you will do this- do not put grout on. It just makes it horrible looking and half your beads fall off. Ruined the entire...
