Hamilton Park playground was gut renovated just a few years ago. The playground itself is fantastic: swings, slides, monkey bars, picnic tables, you name it. Main issue: it gets super crowded around 2:30 pm, when neighborhood schools release the kids, and it stays crowded until about 6ish pm, 7ish, depending on the weather. Expect the playground to be seriously crowded on those nice sunny days. Splash pod is open June through mid September. Great for all-season squirell watching!

There is a gated toddler playground beside a much larger play area with more advanced equipment and swings. Benches and a central rock formation provide plenty of adult seating with a view of the entire playground. Very nicely designed layout that allows families with multiple kids of different ages to play safely.

Nice playground for a quick run around. Too many gates for the parents like myself who suffer from anxiety. The 'bathroom', a porta- John, which desperately needed some attention, was all the way across the playground. The kids enjoyed themselves so 3 stars, minus bathroom facilities (1 star), and all the gates left...
