I kindly suggest anyone who's looking to move into this building to carefully reconsider their decision.

1. I have a neighbor who had a dog about 2-3 months ago and still has the dog now. When they first had the dog, the dog was barking every time I entered and left my apartment. End of June there was a day I was working from home, and the dog was barking unstopping for about 1-2 hours. I emailed building management to ask them to take care of it for indeed it was excessive noise. They told me as if sounded like there was not much they could do: this is a pet friendly env and their concierge walks the floor regularly. And if there is excessive noise, they asked me to talk to the concierge. I asked them to talk to my neighbor about this, and they just never got back to me until the latter happened today. 2) Today I was working in the office, and during meetings they informed me that my apartment has foul smell and they want to enter it for inspection. I said the apartment was perfectly fine today when I left this morning. I am not giving you permission to enter without me being there. U can come back tonight at 9pm when I get back from work or tomorrow during daytime cuz I would be working from home tomorrow. They ignored what I said and instead sent out a notice to me saying we are just going to enter to inspect regardless u give us permission or not. I have a fostered senior cat at home and is afraid of strangers, so I had to come back from office cuz they said they are entering at 1pm when they sent out the notice at 11:43am. I asked my friend to come over at around 12:20pm ish and he did not smell anything in the hallway nor smelled anything coming out from my apartment. I came back at around 12:45pm and did not smell anything unusual.

Two ladies and one man came at 1pm, first looked at my bathroom and suggested me to throw away my mob. Then asked me if they could look at my fridge and said if your food is not covered in the fridge it could have a foul smell. And the maintenance man suggested there might be something in the sink and did an inspection overthere. And the two ladies insisted on they smelled the foul though my friend and I absolutely did not smell anything weird.

They said I did not have to come back from work and they are just here for an inspection, but I I do not know if anything gonna happen to the 14-year-old foster cat in my apartment without me being there and her just with strangers. And then they said we are here to help you, I was like if you are here to help me, then did you talk to my neighbor about the dog barking issue which I sent the email end of June. They said they did talk to the neighbor and said they informed me they did talk to them, of which they never told me until today. The dog barking issue was getting better but they told me they informed me they talked to toe neighbor of which they never did until today.

Lastly, they said if your smell continues to linger, we will go from there. And they apologized for not following up with me on the dog barking issue. Management being irresponsible for not communicating with residents on the actions taken for the dog barking issue. Trying to enter my apartment without my permission, disregarded my proposed time and insisted on smelling a weird smell when there was no weird smell at all.

And something in addition, the soundproof in this apartment is not good at all. Gym is very small. And there are several construction sites nearby which are super loud on the weekdays.

The doorman, concierge, and the cleaning people were nice overall. Just please management reconsider your approach in communicating and working with...

This is such a beautiful place, with so far the best management team ever (I am not bragging). I was impressed by how responsive and helpful the team is! I have been living in New York for too long, and this year I made up the decision to move to Jersey City. The decision is proved to be right.

-Alexandra is always so passionate and replies to my emails in minutes, and Ashley as the manager will always get work done at the fastest pace. Whatever questions I have, the team will always find out the solution. They made my move-in fast, smooth, and easy. -This is Truly impressive especially compared to many "Luxury buildings" in Manhattan.

-Friendly Concierge here too. Gabi, Justin, and other mates here are always showing a big smile whenever I am passing by. The packages are well organized and stored in the package room.
