I usually don’t look at reviews of furniture stores when I am looking for furniture. But please if you are reading this, DO NOT GO HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Like everybody else in these reviews I was given a delivery date of 1 week. After no show on delivery day or any type of contact I gave it a few more days to give the benefit of the doubt. Still no call or info. So I called and was told it would be delivered in 2 days. Same thing happened after 2 days, no call or delivery. I called and told them I wanted a refund and they said I have to come in on the day the manager is there because only he can do refunds. After wasting 3 days of my time I was finally able to catch the manager in time before he “left for the day”. When I spoke with the manager he proceeded to act clueless about the refund. He claimed that they do not do refunds when the lady who works there told me multiple times that the manager would be able to do a refund. While waiting to speak with the manager the worker who originally scammed us with this deal starts cursing at me after I complain about the unprofessional business they are running. He then later proceeds to start yelling at the top of his lungs telling me to get out of his store. During the argument he lunged at me multiple times and threatened me. They try to trap you into giving them your money and then try to threaten to assault you after you call them out on their fake delivery times. I ended up receiving my furniture set but was missing two nightstands. Read moreI needed a new queen sized bed frame so I found this store online and decided to shop around. I Placed an order online on the 21st of December (Friday) and was told it would be delivered and that I could pick it up in store on the 26th (Wednesday). When I called on Wednesday to check the status of my order I was told that my item was not sent from the warehouse yet, I understood that it was righr after the holidays so I did not really mind the delay. On the same day, I was told that my item will be delivered either Thursday or Friday and that I would recieve a call once the item arrives. It is now Saturday and I called around the afternoon to see what’s going on with my order. The woman over the phone told me that my Item has not yet arrived in store for pick up and is actually on the way. She also stated that the Item will be in store before 6pm because the store closes at 7:30. When I requested a refund and the cancellation of the order over the phone, she ignored the request and insisted that I wait until 6pm for the Item to arrive. I arrive at the store at about 6pm and was instructed to have a seat and wait while my item was being prepared. After waiting for about a half hour, I asked where my item is and was told that it has not arrived yet. It its now 7:10 (almost closing time) and my item has not yet arrived. I advise any customer that if they want their furniture delivered to the store in a timely manner, they choose another store. Read moreDO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Unprofessional, tardy, negligent, and thieves. I ordered a box spring that was guaranteed for a morning delivery. The box spring was not delivered in the morning so I called, was apologized to, told they would call me back with an ETA. Two more hours later and still no one had called me or delivered anything. I called again and was told they were delivering to bigger jobs and would get to me when they could. Then they finally come and said they were unable to deliver it because it didn't fit. However, I had the same box spring prior and there wasn't any issues with delivery. I contacted the warehouse directly where they said unfortunately all sales are final and they can not do anything about it not fitting and to purchase a new box spring and pay for another delivery. At this time they are putting it back on the truck which no one directed them to do. I ask her so why are they taking it back to which she replies well it doesn't fit. Ok so there is no refund and you are taking back? She then asks what I would like to be done then. I said for them to leave it.
