I passed this cart on Central Ave and I had to stop. I tried a dog with kraut and mustard. The hot dog was perfectly cooked and had a nice snap. The bun was perfectly steamed and the sauerkraut was delicious. George told me he's lived in the neighborhood for 40+ years. He told me I needed to try his chili dog. He makes the chili himself. My son loves to get a chili dog with ketchup right after he gets his haircut right next door.

The steamed hot dogs are great and remind of when I use to get mines back in the day from the hot dog carts in NYC. Love George's chili!
