We regularly ordered from this place but the hygiene standards are well below atrocious. The food used to be tasty. But then that steeply dropped. Huge chunks of broken plastic forks and spoons in the food. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was a plastic bag properly cooked and melted into the biryani. Both of us fell sick and had to take the day off the next day. I called them to inform them about the same. A guy named Karthik spoke with me and apologized. He told me next time whatever you order we will give it to you for free. OK. We thought about it for a couple of days and said OK, let's give them another chance. So we ordered 3 Biryanis and 3 curries. On arrival at the place we were given stares by presumably the owner. The guy named Karthik came by and told us .."what I meant was we could give you one biryani for free" we were just blown away. So I asked him when you said my next entire order is free you meant not the entire order ? He looks at the owner and the owner shakes his head in disgust. The owner was too proud to even open his mouth to apologise. We said no thank you.. the guy Karthik said we can only refund your money.. so they gave us a measly 30 bucks , mind you they didn't refund the tax. Here are a list of things that we have encountered: Hair in the food. (Partially consumed that food) Plastic pieces of forks and spoons.(threw away two boxes of biryani) The dessert in the window at the front desk had mold on it which upon brining it to their notice they seemed oblivious to that fact. But finally complied to remove the tainted food. A small piece of what looked like rubber I'm guessing. (Threw away one box of food) Our experiences thus far has turned my wife away from Indian food even though she loves it.

Raised food security complaint with department of health I ordered kadai paneer which is a vegetarian dish from them and they delivered some other dish with meat in it, specifically something related to chicken. This is not okay specially because I am a vegetarian, my whole family has never eaten or seen a meat dish. I ordered kadai paneer and instead I got chicken curry my parents who have come from india have eaten this food. In their 50+ years of life they were vegetarian, until chef of india decided to ruin their religion and their culture. They are emotionally traumatized and spent 45 minutes forcing themselves to vomit the meat out of their system. When I called them to understand why and how can this happened the first thing they did is take my information and offered me refund, on further asking for the manager who is conveniently not available, the staff asks me what I want money or food that is all they can do, there is no sign of remorse no sign of shock in how can this happen, it’s like something they handle on a regular basis. I understand I live in the United States were vegetarian food is not as common, I have had similar experiences before where the order was mistaken but none of them react the way this restaurant did, they were particularly non-Chalant about it and particularly defensive about why am I making a big deal out of this.

Starts with one liner, "RIDICULOUS, no more try". We had ordered for a home delivery because of covid precautions. So can't say about much on service and the cleanliness of restaurant. We had some Chilli chicken and paneer, we found a little colored food with paneer were litter over fried which is why they were hard. Chicken was andhra fry, but didn't find any flavor as such. And then comes the biryani, they were not ok chickenwas half cooked. The rice quality and taste was avg while wierd chicken pieces were in the box. The raita was avg too and the Salan was complete stupid. Added the recent photo where I found half cooked chicken, showing the bone color as proof since wierd chicken pieces can't be identified if cooked or not. Food - 2/5 Service - 4/5 ( based on early delivery) Ambiance - tbu Cost - 4/5 Based on the experience, one can try but won't recommend as with the same price one can find better option in Newark ave.

My Honest Opinion - Very bad food. The description says Chicken Fry Piece Biryani and we were really tempted to order and we did order but this is not fry piece biryani its just biryani rice with chicken gravy mixed in rice. Completely tasteless with no salt and addign to this chicken is sweet. We are really disappointed. We have eaten fry piece biryani from many places and we ourselves know how fry piece biryani tastes but these guys have completely changed the meaning of fry piece biryani. To be very clear we did order the supreme biryani from this place many times and it was ok , based on it we went on to order this so called fry piece biryani and this completely ruined the mood. I request the restaurant not to keep fancy names and sell the food. BAD Experience.

As I am crazy about 'gobhi manchurian' , just thought of giving It try by searching for it on 'Uber eats' . I found this the restaurant at the top charts for high ratings but unfortunately things didn't turn out that way. It was raining heavily the night I ordered so when the order came the uber driver didn't come outside the vehicle to hand over the order and while I collected it the package had become quite wet. It was sealed well so it didn't make a difference to the order but the Manchurian taste horrible as it had a sour taste to it and was served with some yellow capsicum cubes , literally the worst combination. Surely not a country for gobhi manchurian 😭 , cant judge based on this restaurant thoug.

I’ve gone to this spot at least three times. The customer service was only welcoming and helpful once (via phone and in-person). Usually the food is decent and reminiscent of North Indian cuisine. My last order, however, was poorly prepared and unappetizing. I threw 60% of it away because it was not edible. I ordered garlic naan, chili chicken, chicken tikka masala and vegetable samosas. Neither of the chicken dishes were flavorful. It tasted as though a heaping of spices were tossed in at the end of simmering. The samosas were burnt on the outside and the filling was over cooked and bland. The garlic naan was decent but not nearly close to excellent. The meal cost was overpriced and I would not recommend.
