Firstly, the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities was far below acceptable standards, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. Moreover, the behavior of some staff members was rude and unprofessional, which only added to the negative experience.
I was also disturbed by what I perceived as discriminatory behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any context, and I hope you will address this issue seriously.
Additionally, I have noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card and would appreciate immediate attention to stop any further transactions. This situation is causing significant distress.
Lastly, The trainer displayed a lack of professionalism, and frankly, did not seem to embody the qualities expected of someone in that role. Itās crucial for trainers to set a positive example and demonstrate both competence and professionalism. Some losser using his allegedly "military" experience.
Given these issues, I urge the owner to take immediate action stop charging mY card and repay me. . Your "to busy" to do the right thing. The health and satisfaction of your customers should always be a priority. Beware of rhe staph infection on that rarely clean equiptment.

Machine Hogging: On Wednesdays its "Jaw day" that's right! you will see grown men hogging the machines & talking for 20 mins. Making it difficult for others to access them promptly
I believe the Women's locker only has a sauna but not for the men's. I was told by a staff member when I signed up back in February that they will add it. But that never happened. ĀÆ(ć)/
It might be beneficial for Heights Fitness to consider obtaining the bottom floor of the building. This could provide the much-needed space and help create a more comfortable workout environment for everyone.
