First, I stood there for a long time while no one bothered to acknowledge me. When I finally got someoneās attention, the lady who āhelpedā me was beyond rude. She didnāt even try to assist, gave me attitude the whole time, and made it clear she had ZERO interest in helping a customer.
Her tone was rude, her answers were dismissive, and she acted like I was a burden for even asking a question. That is NOT customer service. If anything, she showed a complete lack of patience and professionalism.
