After living here for 17 month, I finally left my review. To be honest, I wanted to move out immediately when my 15-month lease ended because Leleo was far from what I expected due to my online viewing. The noise from the road, the imperfect facilities in the room, and the previous manager not replying to any of my emails all made me lose confidence in Leleo. Things took a turn for the better within a month, our new property manager Dylan changed my mind. I told Dylan about my thoughts, and Dylan took my feelings very seriously. He carefully asked for my opinions and gave very detailed answers and solutions. After our conversation, I felt Dylan's patience and sincerity, and I also believed that under Dylan's management, Leleo would get better and better. So I chose to renew the contract again and give this place where I have lived for a year and a half another chance.
What I want to tell is that Leleo has the most sincere management team. I have lived in many luxury apartments in DC and Maryland. It is no exaggeration to say that Leleo's team is definitely the most caring team for residents. Maybe Leleo is not as fancy as other luxury apartments you have seen, but I think sincerity is the key. There is no doubt that Orlando is the favorite of all residents. He does his best to maintain everything in the apartment. Every day when I meet him, he is always working diligently. Will is always friendly. He will open the door for my visitors in a gentlemanly manner. There has never been any problem with my packages. The cleaner, Diego, brings happiness to everyone. I have never seen Diego not smiling. Believe me, even if you just pass by Leleo, Diego will smile and say hi to you.

Iāve never had to wait days for a fix here. Usually I can find him around the building, in the lobby, on the second floor, or just walking through the halls, and he always responds quickly if I call or text.
Heās helped me with all kinds of things. One time I needed to get rid of a giant Christmas tree way past the holidays. He figured out how to remove it without making a mess and never made me feel bad about it. He also helped me with my AC filter when I didnāt know it needed attention. He just handled it and made sure everything was good. Thatās just how he is. Calm, unbothered, and always finding a way to fix whatever needs fixing.
When my dishwasher wasnāt working, he asked a few quick questions first to see if it was something simple instead of having to put in a whole work order.
Dylan, the Director of Ops, adds so much to the building too. Imagine coming home from a long day of work and thereās a surprise flower bar in the lobby where you can make your own bouquets. Heās organized trivia, Halloween parties, rooftop events, hot chocolate bars - and more, all in the one year Iāve been here. Dylan makes Le Leo feel like a community especially because he asks for resident input and genuinely listens.

Itās clear that the team is more interested in making a sale than addressing the needs of current residents. They even went so far as to charge us for 20 extra days of rent, and said its non-negotiable.
