July 23, 2020 So today I went for my regular grocery shopping and while entering the store I saw 2 buckets of Rakhis at the left side of entrance. The bucket was labeled "Rakhi $1 (3rd August)". So I started looking through them and picked out 5 rakhi (took me 10 minutesto find pairs becauseof the messy buckets). Finishing my groceries I went to the register and boooomm the Rakhis I bought are priced for $1.99 each. I told the cashier I picked out from the bucket labeled $1. She is like no but this one is $1.99. In the whole store there was no labeled for Rakhis being $1 or more and even $1- $1.99. I asked to speak with the manager but cashier told me manager is not here. Like you run this big store without a manager. The cashier lady started rudely behaving and told me if you want buy it or leave it. The other guy working there started to separate the Rakhis according to their prices when I was leaving the store. Like I just buy groceries worth $50 every week from your store and you teaching me what to do. I have nothing to do with your selling price, I would have bought them even if they were labeled $1.99, but get your management upgraded. Literally no items are labeled all over the store. There is a Lady at the first counter from other side of the entrance told me, she will take the sale items back in exchange for items and wasted the time of 30 minutes and when went back with the items for exchange, changed their mind and they were going to take but the lady with another lady played a game of give give then don't give and nothing was exchanged as they promised also the lady last time charged me either purpose or accidental, mostly first one after when I called to inform she knew what she did charged me extra for sale items. So make sure the first counter lady with her other member she was going to call to help you to make you forget they were supposed to give you the exchange for their mistake of your time and energy...

This place is good but the Manager name Maharishi is very bad and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to treat customers. Last week I went to shop and there was a sign showing lime is $1 for 10. After I packed them in my bag and put it in my cart he comes over and sees the price and said it is incorrect price he will not owner this price I said it is not my fault you should be giving the price that you displayed he was very rude and said that is only in American stores not an Indian store.
