Liberty Landing Ferry to World Financial Center — Local services in Jersey City

This probably is the easiest and fastest way to get to Downtown Manhattan for someone staying in Paulus Hook. Up until last summer, the ferry would operate from 9am to 8pm at regular intervals of 30 minutes.

However, there have been significant changes to the schedule and the website surely doesn't reflect that. I'd recommend making sure you check the schedule at the port [either in WFC or on Warren Street] in person before planning your ride.

It costs $7 one way to go from Warren Street to Manhattan and $2 from Warren Street to Liberty Park. If you buy 10 tickets together to New York, you'd get them for 55 and save $1.5 per ticket in...

This is a nice little secret about get back and forth to NYC. Park at the Marina ($7 all day) and take the ferry to NYC right by the World Trade Center (about a 5 min walk once you get the NYC). Don't bother with the apps or QR codes, just pay on the boat with cash. Employees were nice, they were one-time, and it was so much better than taking a bus over from NJ to get to Manhattan. This is the best way to get into the city. Parking at liberty State Park is $7 for the day. The ferry is $7 each. It drops you off in battery Park. The only issue is it's hidden behind the restaurant making it somewhat difficult to find for first time useres. But try it is...
