Read moreI had about an hour gap between plans and I heard about a clock in New Jersey. I departed on the PATH out of World Trade Center and exited at Exchange Place. It was about 10 min walk south of that subway station. I felt safe at night as many locals were running and jogging by. The clock is nothing special but the views of lower Manhattan are amazing and worth the trip. If you are in Manhattan it took $5.50 to ride the PATH over and I would recommend it for the views...
