As an Iranian, it was the first time I went to a hair salon in America, the salon was very quiet and the employees were very kind, the lady who cut my hair was very kind and I must say that the price of a haircut is reasonable for me, who is a student and comes from Iran. Aim was very cheap, because of their good prices, I will always choose here from now on, for me, the priority is the price, they are really good with the customer, they treat them with respect, and you can safely get your hair cut from them. hand over

I had the worst experience here. The lady there was super rude. I went there for waxing and whole time I was there she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. she kept on saying how do I have so hair, why do I let my hair grow this much bla bla!! The whole time she was complaining how I have so much hair and it’s too much work for her( which I am gonna pay her to do). She was very very very unprofessional. I even hated their products. Plus while I was lying there she used open the door middle in the of the service go out come back and had no basic courtesy to close the door. Who does that? And on the top of that she didn’t even finish the job. My whole experience was super uncomfortable. This was my first and last visit...

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received by sam.Not only was the service itself was slow especially when I made an appointment prior , she left leaving me in the middle of wax but I was also subjected to inappropriate comments on my skin.This behavior made me feel so uncomfortable, and completely ruined my salon experience, left there feeling under confident on my birthday . I attempted to address the issue with the manager, but her response was just sorry, will call you later , which was again disrespectful and wasn’t really helpful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking a respectful environment. (Ps- I never leave...

I have been going to Pinks Salon & Spa since it has opened and recommended to anyone who is looking to freshen up their look or get ready for any event they have.

Jagu does any amazing job taking care of me and making sure everything is as I want it. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows and hair. As I guy I was apprehensive at first but I couldn’t be more happier and have become a regular.

Every visit is like a spa; there is soothing music, relaxing environment, and some Amazing spritz and lotions with rose, aloe, and cucumber they use after your service!

If you’re looking for a new salon, do yourself a favor...
