I went into this store to get a few last minute things the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I asked the employees who was stocking merchandise if am item was the price there because everywhere else this item is little more pricey, he told me not once twice it was. So when I got to the cashier it rang up 3 times the price tag said I Informed the cashier that's not what your price tag says, I asked her to come so I can show her and I also told her the employee confirmed it as well. She said no this price it's for this item I don't understand how 10 to cans two different brands can both say the same price and yet they are both wrong and aren't for the item stroked their I asked for a manger they said he went home I said who is in charge, a rude inconsiderate unprofessional man came and I said can you please come so I can show you what the item.price says he said no that's the price, but that's not even really why I was upset it was the worst customer service he gave me that is so upsetting. He told me he wasn't going to give it to me for the price marked it's not his problem I do t understand how as a company you mark prices and stock them in a spot and it's not the correct price your advertising. I can understand one or two misplaced but a whole shelf????? He was so embarrassing and made me feel so belittled by the disrespect he showed me. With his tone and attitude. Never in my life have I ever seen such a supervisor in charge act this way with a paying customer I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. I suggest for no one to shop here if your expecting good prices and good customer service because this man who represented the store tonight made me never want to go back!! I'd rather drive to 20 min out of my way then to go back, then on top of it I was so angry he wouldn't even let me purchase my other items when I told them to take the items that had a discrenpacy with. I like to .ake sure no one ever gets treated like this so if you can avoid this store...
Read moreI remember this supermarket when I was attending culinary school at Hudson County Community College. It was called C-Town, and now the name has changed to the Central Square Supermarket located on Bergen Ave at Journal Square. I enjoyed their rotisserie chicken ($5.99). Let me tell you, it was so delicious. I used to get a whole chicken, juice, etc. and head to the College's library every Sunday where Deborah and I shared it for lunch and took some home. They really had the best.
I went in this past Monday, and they discontinued it. There it was, 5 tiny slices of roasted chicken with something else in a clear container for over $7. They must be kidding or raise their prices because the area is being flooded with highrises. The store and isles are packed with so much product that it's hard to move around. They have also raised the prices to the sky.
Don't get me wrong that I'm bashing the store, because they do have a hugh selection of products that are hard to find elsewhere. Juices are plentiful as well as cheese. Will I go back? The answer is yes, I will whenever I'm...
