Don’t listen to all the brokers trying to sell the apartments in these reviews. The management company is VERY slow to respond to requests, they barely even acknowledge emails. On the hottest weekend of the year, my family was without air conditioning after the management company ignored the service request put in on a Friday morning. Portable units were brought over as a temporary fix (one didn’t work, and the other couldn’t keep up with an apartment our size) for the weekend. By Sunday morning at 9:00 am, it was 79 degrees in my 5 month old baby’s room. I had to find an air conditioner company to come out and fix the issue and ended up paying out of pocket. The air conditioner was not an isolated issue. With less than 24 hours noticed the management company closed the lobby for renovations earlier this year and kept it closed for close to 5 days. During this time there was no alternative plan for packages to be received by the building. Packages were either returned to sender, left at the FedEx store, or if you had a Fresh Direct order, left outside. The last minute notice did not allow for residents to plan accordingly and have their packages rerouted.
If you choose to live here, please be prepared for the following:
You will be living in a continual construction zone.
As soon as they can sell your apartment they will raise your rent the 10% allowed by law to get you out.
Management will not respond to requests in a timely manner.
Last minute notices about major changes in amenities, like the shuttle bus service.
The building is located in Jersey City, Hoboken cab drivers will charge you accordingly.

We have yet to receive our deposit back to us and fictional charges have been applied to our account with no justifiable basis impacting the amount we are due back as a result. They added false charges to draw down the security deposit balance. The Property Manager Jenna said that she mailed our refund check and never did, then stopped responding to emails.
