walked into 24 Hour Fitness on 529 address 15542 to do a 3-day trial before joining this location ask the guy could I start the 3-day trial next week he said yes after I gave him my information he turned around and said I have to start today I started questioning him asking him why did he do that when we specifically agreed to next week now he's saying I can just resign up again so 24 Hour Fitness corporate office if you're giving commission for each location that signs up l o u s e do not give him his commission I came in 4 p. M. April 25th again do not give him any Commission for signing someone in my initials L* I was interested in becoming a member of 24 Hour Fitness until, I walked into 24 Hour Fitness on April 27th and spoke with a W Lewis and pacifically asked him on a Saturday about could I start a 3-day trial on a Monday Lewis said yes I do not have to start on a Saturday I said okay I handed him my identification and from there he into my information and once he enter my information W Lewis said you can go work out I explained to him once again for the 4th time that I'm not interested in working out on a Saturday but on a Monday he said will you still have to sign in so if there's any commission or profit to be made on his behalf for falsely information very dry wasn't helpful and once he told me I can start today I asked him why did he do that he said that I have to show my identification each time I come in and I explained to him that I fully understand that 100% but my main question was could I start the trial on a Monday and he pacifically said yes each time I feel very uncomfortable didn't feel comfortable giving him my identification once he done that, I asked him to delete my information and he refused to I asked him to delete my information and he refused to I do not feel comfortable with dealing with 24-Hour Fitness no longer if you going to do that with my identification I can just imagine what you would do with my credit card so I'm no longer interested in working out with 24 Hour Fitness I heard a lot of good things along the way that's why I chose this...

Despite their name and branding as a 24-hour facility, they are STILL operating on reduced COVID hours, even though it has been 4 years since the pandemic started. Even Planet Fitness remained 24 hours even during the pandemic.
As a former member, I expected to have access to the gym 24/7 as advertised. However, this has not been the case, and it feels like I am not receiving the services I have paid for. The gym has consistently failed to meet its basic promise of being open round the clock.
Additionally, despite my decision to switch to another gym with longer hours than a gym calling itself 24-hours, I am writing this google review regardless because I continue to receive harrassing calls from this 24 Hour Fitness, pressuring me to return and spend money on a facility that does not deliver what it promises.
Management needs to address this issue promptly and ensure that their advertised 24-hour service is actually provided.
Instead of a proper response or actions, the response from this 24 Hour Fitness management to similar complains on this Google review and probably what I will get after this review will be the same copy-and-paste Chat GPT generated response about how they appreciate my feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the current operating hours at this local 24 Hour Fitness location, and as part of their efforts to accommodate members' needs, they have reopened some facilities to operate 24 hours a day. Seriously, instead of your facility to be 24 hours, you will tell us to drive 24 miles to the nearest 24-hour Fitness? What a bigger inconvenience you are causing.

Since the beginning I felt the bad energy when I asked for the free pass, I was tired and didn't want to talk about details that day. The lady was trying to be nice, I guess. She gave us a 3 days pass, which was very nice. The next day I couldn't go bc my work schedule so, we went the day after. My son and I went like at 9pm. The guy at the front desk was super rude and look at our sign in courtesy pass like we were something else but not people. I was doing my last exercises in the abs area, the same guy came and yield at me saying: hey, we close at 10, I was confused. I told him, I am sorry I did not know. I was not aware that this location closes at 10pm. I thought this was a 24 hours gym, something that I need due to my schedule. He answered me back saying, you should know it and, anyways, you have a guest pass, so please leave. I was like wht. What's wrong with you? I called my son, ripped off the stupid guest pass right there and left. I don't recommend this location. They are racist, rude, and don't have any idea what customer service is. I was waiting for Jenifer to call me for the appointment on Friday to share this w/her, but she never did. I feel sorry for the guy that works there. He thinks that a guest pass is nothing but, in our case, it was a 4 memberships opportunity bc my family was waiting for me to decide.
