Pizza Fino — Restaurant in Texas

Not going to say I'm a regular but when i craved some good crispy wings, this used to be my go-to place up until now. I don't mind having to wait for my food to be ready but if I'm told it'll be ready in a certain amount of time then that's what I expect. I was told my order of wings would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my food I was told by the person working the front that my order still needed a few more minutes so I waited. 15 minutes went by and I asked up front how much longer, they went to the back then returned and said 12 more minutes. Started to get irritated but I still waited. That was already a half hour I wasted sitting there. After 20 minutes more I got up and asked what was going on. They then said that my wings were ready but it was taking long bc I wanted them crispy. I guess they were throwing them back in the oil one by one idk. I was also told that they had lots of orders of wings but yet no one was doing delivery and no one was coming in for pick up. It was obvious that they didn't start making my wings till I got there. I asked for a refund. Having to wait an hour ontop of the first 30 minutes spent waiting at home just for 25 little wings is ridiculous. I paid with card and they told me I couldn't have the receipt proving I got my money back that the receipt was for their boss only. They went to go get a manager and they called their boss otp to ask if I could have the receipt and I ended up getting it. But the whole time the manager was up front he did not apologize once. Didn't even have the decency to make eye contact and acknowledge me. Just stood there as the other person did all the talking otp.I say that place needs new management. I even odered food from a different restaurant right after ordering from here and I didn't even go pick it up. Didnt want to pay for something that's been sitting for an hour getting cold and soggy. Dinner ended up being something different. No one should have to go through something like this. If you're happy with this place then good for you, but if you've never tried this place before and are curious, I recommend you go...

Ordered a "medium" 2 topping pizza and 10 wings for about $18 before taxes. I call at 6:06pm on a Wednesday. They tell me 50-55 minutes, which I can understand it's dinner rush. I work at a local hospital and I

1. gave them the exact address of the building, 2)told them which building of the three it was, 3)gave my phone number and asked to be called when it arrives. Like I said I work at a hospital so I'm 100% sure they've delivered here because I got the menu from another coworker. I was ok with the wait because my break wasn't for another hour so it lined up perfectly. I called again at 7:10... I was told the driver left 20 minutes ago. He didn't show up for another 17 minutes and he never even called my phone but I had decided to wait in the main lobby to intercept and stop the wait from being longer. By the time he got there my break was nearly over. I pay him and tip even though it wasn't really deserved. The "medium" pizza is the size of a personal. I'm sharing with my coworker and we both get 2 slices (only cut into 4 anyway). The wings were damp from the condensation in the Styrofoam container and none of the food was even close to hot. Lastly, they hot wings were nearly dry... I was too pissed and hungry to take a photo of the pizza but I'll post the wings. I'm usually pretty laid back about things that happen but when they happen in succession and ruin your whole first time experience with that company it makes you not want to go back....

This review comes after four different times of ordering at this place. Start off by saying that the pizza is super delicious and have to say that it is one of my top picks of pizza, when it comes on time. The first time, ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese and it came piping hot, fresh, and lemon pepper wings that were choice. The second time… Not so much. The pizza was soggy like it was sitting in the box for like 20 minutes,the wings were also. The third time, I think the forgot about me after 1hr20 mins when I called and they said “ it just left”, it took another 25 mins when we were 8mins away, and you guess right the pizza was soggy and wings wet from steam from sitting. Recently tried again with the nostalgia of the first pizza, and they honestly did not disappoint the fourth time. The pizza was literally one of the best pizzas they’ve ever produced, and everyone there was super surprised on how good it was. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy, and they were directly on point with taste and crispiness. All four times I ordered at the exact time 6:06 PM, and was told every time 30 to 35 minutes. I think that the pizza would have been amazing all four times, but was under delivered because of customer service.I’ve never had a bad conversation With any of the employees because they seem super nice, I think that they only have one delivery driver and that’s why...
