Fusion 36° - (Coffee, Tea, Smoothie) — Restaurant in Jersey Village

This is usually my favorite spot to go, but recently I’ve had so many issues with the same girl in the morning, especially this morning 8/12/25. it’s like she HATES being there? And HATES her job especially making boba??? It says it opens at 11am and you’ll expect them to have everything ready to go when they open?? Right???? No. She doesn’t even walk into the store until 5 mins until they open? Weird… And when you walk in at 11:20am and ask for boba she will tell you 15 minutes usuallly because she just started… okay fine… but today? My husband walked in and asked for our usual expecting it to be the usual 15 minutes wait for boba, but now for some odd reason she said the wait would be 50 minutes. Almost an hour??? That’s ridiculous. The fact that the store states that they open at 11am, you would expect them to have the full meau available. But no. If that’s going to a be a reoccurring issue since she doesn’t walk into until 10:55am then the store should open at 12pm or she needs to be at the store at 10am to get the store ready for opening for 11am. Probably the worst tasting bubble tea I've had...and that's saying a lot! The boba and the tea here that I got lacked flavor and the person making my tea also didn't really care to provide suggestions or give any feedback on what tea he recommended. One thing that is also annoying is that the menu has fine print on it. The menu shows a picture of of tea drink but with all of these add-ons that don't align with the actual price and you have to specifically ask for it. I pointed to a picture of a drink that I wanted and unfortunately because I didn't understand that you have to ask for all of the add-ons. I was given a drink that I didn't want. Perhaps if the person selling me the tea had provided more input or suggestion I would have had this clarity at the time of ordering.

I have been going to fusion in fry Rd for years, the owner is nice and respectful and welcoming, however this new location on highway 6 is a little different since the staff thier are different then the Fry Rd. Honestly the owner is nice and the girl who works there is nice and does a great job, however the guy who works thier is so Mean and unprofessional, I wen there around 10:50 am, not once or twice, three times and he keep refuses to serve me and he would talk to mean in a real mean way saying we open at 11 so I waited till 11:05 so I asked for my coffee the usual American coffee with cream, I usually love thier coffee but this guy is so forced to work thier so he intentionally make it bad 👎, these words for the owner if you like to stay in business make sure you pick your staff correctly.
