Updated 6/2023- Still holding at 2 stars. We dined in twice before I evaluated again just to be sure. The food is just not at all flavorful. I am not sure what seasoning is being used but it is very bland. The steaks are very undercooked and for some weird reason the filets have fat on them. I honestly very rarely see fat on a filet. The service has improved so that is a step in the right direction. I would strongly suggest that the restrooms be upgraded. This is an older building and the restrooms really need some attention. These need a massive remodel.
Update as of 8/2022- The rating was a 2 and sadly will stay at a 2 due to my recent experience. We arrived before the dinner rush and there were only 3 tables total with people. By the time we left (1 1/2 hours later) the restaurant was getting full. The server was a nice as could be but clearly this was not the best job fitting. The server was extremely slow but attentive and honestly was unable to multitask or handle multiple tables in a timely manner. The person busting tables took the cart by us 18 times (again, the restaurant was empty and only slowly started to get people) and finally he took a drink order and brought bread to the table near me. This was only after the table near me complained by the lack of service to be waited on. The food itself was just okay. It is hard to rate because it was cold when it finally arrived. I really hoped to up the rating but I just cannot. This location has really started going downhill. The food is very expensive and the portion sizes just keep getting smaller. The service is good but the food simply needs work. It is flavorless and sometimes does not seem fresh. On this most recent visit, the bread was way too hard to have been fresh. I have been going here for many years and sadly I will only give this location one more chance to redeem themselves. I hope I can post a follow up...

We were greeted at the outside door straight away and they held the door and invited us inside. The hostess was friendly. We were sat immediately and given menus. Everything to this point had gone very well, definitely off on the right foot.
This is where things went wrong. No server ever came over to take our drink orders. We had to get up and go find a manager who was friendly, apologized and did take our drink order. When a server finally brought our drinks the sweet tea was terrible so we switched it for a Coke. Then another long gap in service before our order was taken.
I should mention here that there were many many open tables so they weren't slammed. The server that did take our order was a nice young man who served friendly and helpful. Bread never arrived so we got up again to go ask for bread. For refills we also had to chase a server down.
When the food finally arrived it was hot, fresh and correct. Food was quite tasty, no issues there at all. They never offered us dessert (kids actually wanted the chocolate cake and we had agreed to order it) but when they brought the check (we didn't ask for the check) the server did mention that the manager had removed $30 from the total. We never complained or asked for anything to be done with the bill but obviously it was warranted and we appreciated the manager's actions with respect to the bill. Would have appreciated it even more if he'd actually come over and spoken to us or asked about our experience. We'd have been happy to talk to him about it ... But that never happened. We paid the check along with a modest tip and left.
Overall the service here was a pretty bad experience and we will likely never go back. The saving grace was that the food was good and the folks we interacted with were friendly (just not very attentive).

Read moreUpdate: I was reached out to by the manager on Google to submit my experience through their site, but have not been contacted for a resolution. Went for dinner around 8 pm last night but the whole experience took 40 mins longer than needed waiting to be helped throughout the night. The restaurant was not particularly busy. After being seated, 5 different team members asked if we had been helped yet. One girl asked if she could get our drinks but clarified she would not be serving us, then a different girl brought out our waters. A hostess came by to ask if we had been helped and finally our waiter introduced himself in passing (he had to tend to another table, but not us) and disappeared. Finally the 5th team member asked if we had been helped and I said we met our waiter, but he didn't really even stop for us. All night resumed just like this. When our waiter asked how we were, we told him we had already waited too long for someone to take our order and he apologized pretty sincerely. We ordered all our food at once and each portion was brought out again by different team members including a manager. The meal was great and we had a few waitstaff ask how everything was in passing. Now it was time to go and no one seemed to acknowledge we need help with take-out and paying. Our waiter passed by a few times to help another table but seemed to be avoiding our section after our earlier feedback. I tried to flag him down once, but I think he misunderstood it as me just waiving at him? I finally had luck flagging him down again saying we want to pay and get out of here. No one was rude, but it was pretty clear no one wanted to work the table and they did a great job at making us feel invisible. We'll go to Texas...
