This shopping center is located off hwy 6 at the intersection of 529.
They do have a fair amount of parking.Especially if you do not mind walking. They have several busy stores in the center that could actually use more parking. They do have speed bumps, lights, and one out way with a working traffic light. There is not any security in parking lot.
You must be very careful to cross the parking lot because drivers are constantly trying to cut through, and there are too many drivers in to small of a space.
For shopping, as long as it is simple it can almost be one stop shopping. I still prefer these strip mall and villages to regular shopping malls.
There is Ross, Sprouts, Copperfield eye care, 5 below, game stop , Panera bread, Thai food , and dollars store all in walking distance and several more...
Read moreYes we did to pick up a prescription. Kroger has been my absolute #1 favorite grocery store for many years. Copperfield is my least favorite because they are always out of something. My favorites were the one on Fry Rd, just N of I 10 and other on Hwy 6N just N of Kieth Harrow Blvd. As you know, both were closed. Copperfield is next closest, then 529/Barker Cypress and West Little York/Eldridge. Kroger not only has the best prices (most of the time) but the Kroger Brand name products are the best. Even major brands don't hold a candle to the taste and quality of Kroger, not to mention the savings. I've lived in Houston since March, 1974 and I've tried and compared them all. NO OTHER GROCERY STORE...

(in front of sprouts) No matter what way you pull out of a parking space, you can’t see who’s walking or what cars coming toward you and so you’re always at risk of hitting someone. And the one street near the back near Hwy 6 you have a lot of crazy drivers flying through almost hitting people, and apparently it’s a one lane street?? Which doesn’t make sense because it’s more efficient to...
