Five Below — Local services in Jersey Village

When you think of curbside you think of convenience. Well not in this case and not at this location. No parking for them to bring out your order. Understanding this is a new location maybe they haven’t put that in place. But to come in and only get half of an order because they were out and did not even offer a substitution. Maybe even a courtesy call letting me know we are out and if I can switch it with something to your liking. of course you get from the acting manager oh I did not shop your order. Tried returning a Hello Kitty Halloween Hoverboard, that I purchased from Tomball Parkway store this morning. The guy manager said it was not on my receipt it was the first item on the receipt.
