Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Came here to get a quick bite since cici is a buffet. Food was nasty. Drink machine had no ice. Went to the bathroom came back to my trash being thrown away which is perfectly fine. Although I did want my cup perfectly fine mistakes happen all the time. The problem was once I asked for my cup bc it was thrown away I was asked questions which I did not like for the simple fact that my bus was 6 mins away so I didn’t have a lot of time. Was asked where was I sitting by an african man claimed to be the manager. Was asked for a receipt when I paid for my buffet and cup through him. So I told him no! I asked a Mexican woman for a cup which she handed me nicely shout out to her. Got my drink grab my things to walk out as I attempt to walk out the Nigeria man angrily told me to go the other way to exit as I was following behind another Mexican family on their way out. So I simple told him no and continue to exit as the family held the door open for me. As I’m proceeding to walk to my bus stop the manager continues to follow me to my bus stop😂😂 at this point I’m nervous not knowing what he was gonna do( he’s a man I’m 5’2 and a woman). He recorded me without my permission telling me that I couldn’t come back to his store or it would be a felony. I’ve never been treated like this over something that I paid for! I will definitely be back to talk to the supervisor. As a business owner right across the street yes I work in the barber shop right across the street I am HIGHLY disappointed for how an African American manager treated me as a customer. I am an African American / Latino woman for him to follow me to the bus stop is weird he should be FIRED no one should be harassed over a cup...

If you've never been to this cicis, keep driving past it atleast I wish I would have this last time... first of all... I think arty the manager? Is wonderful, greets you at the door and helps you out, I took my kids with me to cicis on Wednesday, and boy what a bad experience that was... the restrooms were completely demolished, toilet paper everywhere, not to mention staff does whatever they want, forget the customer right? The buffet line almost near empty, I'm paying to eat ... not a empty buffet line and for employees to just mess around while management kicks back and watches... 2nd time I went was on sunday... and boy let me tell you... I couldn't even hear myself think. Cook person playing music out loudly The person cutting pizzas also playing loud music, he would also eat right in front of everyone while cutting pizzas.. I was absolutely disgusted, the people in the back with the door wide open, playing music, eating, and just on their phones, the cook took so long to make my pizza and I finally got it with 1 long blonde blackish hair... I would have asked for a refund but I didn't want to seem like "that customer". 1 great manager (arty) who helped me out.. and a horrible staff including other management. Will not be...

We were here Wednesday night with a party of 7 and within about 10 minutes after we got there, the power went out due to the storm that blew through Houston. The buffet line had issues keeping pizza in stock due to the amount of people that were there.

The pizza would last less than a minute once it was put out on the buffet due to the amount of people that were there.

I asked the employees for some sort of rain check, and they were not able to figure anything out two to the power being out and they were trying to get a hold of somebody on the phone on what to do about the power outage.

I called Thursday and Friday but the lines are always busy. I figured the power was still out in the area. I called today and they picked up and I asked if there was some sort of rain check that I can get them. They said it’s been too long since Wednesday and we can’t help you.

We paid for seven people to eat in less than 10 minutes the power went out when there was about 25 people we feel shafted!

I filled out an online complaint form for CiCi’s and within 48 hours, the District Manager called me and took my info down and sent me 7 free buffet...
