I stopped by Jeremiah’s Italian Ice recently, and I have to say—it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I decided to go with the Green Apple flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor was bold and refreshing, striking that perfect balance between tart and sweet. Every spoonful had that crisp, fruity zing you’d expect from green apple, without being overpowering. The texture was smooth and icy, exactly what you want on a warm day—or honestly, any day you’re craving something cool and flavorful.

What really stood out to me, besides the amazing flavor, was the overall vibe of the shop. It’s bright, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering samples and recommendations without making you feel rushed. They seemed genuinely excited about the product, which made the experience even better.

Jeremiah’s also has an impressive variety of flavors, so it was tough to choose just one. But I’m glad I went with Green Apple—it’s now a favorite I’ll definitely go back for. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat, bringing the kids, or just want to try something different, Jeremiah’s delivers. You can really tell they care about quality and customer experience.

I usually love this place but today the experience was terrible she tried to rush us even though we had just show up and hadn't had a chance to see the menu. She didn't try to recommend anything just shut us down with "we are a 14 flavor locations" when we asked about a flavor on the specialty flavors. She didnt even give us a change to give her our rewards number. This kind of customer service makes me never want to come to this location again. And definitely doesn't help they also got rid of my favorite flavor on top of that. For a new location we expected better like most of the visits before. But I rather go all the way back to the katy location even if its a drive.

I’ve been in contact with the owner, and she’s amazing! I’ll definitely be giving this place more chances not just because the flavors are incredible, but because she’s truly dedicated to making sure your experience is a great one, even if something needs to be made right after the fact. Coming from a customer service background, I totally get that not every day goes perfectly, but it really says a lot about a business when they take the time to fix things and make it right.

This place just opened and it is absolutely beautiful—very well put together and organized. The staff is on track with what they need to do, and everyone is so polite and friendly. They work at a fast pace, so you don’t have to stand around wondering what to do; someone will greet you right away and guide you through the ordering process.
