I have shopped here every month for well over a year and found absolutely beautiful things. My one star rating is based on today’s absolutely unacceptable and unbelievably poor customer service experience. Yesterday evening 10 mins before they closed, I called and told them about a piece of furniture from an artist I wanted to purchase. I acknowledged they were about to close for the day and asked them to please pull the tag for me. The lady pulled the tag, took my name and number and said they would hold it for me. I SPECIFICALLY SAID I WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 11-11:30 AM. I even offered to leave my credit card # to hold the piece which they said they didn’t need. I arrived the next day at 11:03 and watched them load my piece of furniture into someone else’s car!!! I could not believe it. One lady said she knew nothing about my arrangement and the other lady acknowledged my arrangement but since the other people were there first she decided to “do the right thing” and sell it to them. The right thing to do would have been to keep your word and hold it like I requested or at the very least call me. If this is not a situation your business was ever willing to honor, then you should not have committed your word to me. This was not a “mix up”. The lady chose to make the sale knowing of my arrangement. I am off the charts upset about this and I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I will tell my friends to never shop there again. I have also personally reached out to the artist and had a conversation so he is aware of how you conduct business. How dare you. There is not a thing I could have done differently in this situation. What an odd store. Not what I expected at all. After all the promotional hype about this place showcasing local artisans, I almost agreed to a nearly $500 a month space to sell my artwork. I’m so glad I didn’t. It is a cavernous ghost town with very odd items, ranging from clothes (a lot of clothes booths but nothing super cute, handmade, or unique) candles, an entire space for $10 pairs of socks, sheets that I have actually bought on Amazon, and some of the worst painted furniture pieces I’ve ever seen. There is no rhyme or reason to this place and definitely not the treasure trove I expected. I won’t be back and am so glad I didn’t agree to a long term lease. It would’ve been a complete waste...

We waited patiently at the checkout for nearly 15 minutes for a price on an unmarked item. First the cashier looked it up and quoted a price, but I was told she needed to call the vendor. The vendor gave a price that was a few cents higher, then we waited longer and were told a third price that was higher again. Because I found that unfair, (3 price changes) I said just put that back and let me pay for the rest of my items.
