IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD... VICKIE WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME SHE'S BEEN DOING NAILS FOR 18 YRS AND I CAN DO MY OWN NAILS � HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'LL NEVER RETURN... I've been going here for 2 yrs and I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN... I PAID $92 FOR MY NAILS AND MY DAUGHTER'S FEET AND HANDS TO BE POLISHED MINE LOOK HORRIBLE... MY BABY GOT HERS DONE AND MY OLDEST ONLY GOT HER FEET POLISHED... THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO HER NAILS AND DIDN'T... THEY SKIPPED OVER HER EVEN AFTER THE FACT WE WERE IN THERE 3 HRS. THEY WERE TAKING CLIENTS THAT DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OVER MY DAUGHTER... I WAS PISSED VICKIE TOLD ME TO LEAVE HER AND COME BACK I TOLD HER NO THEY SHOULD'VE DONE HER NAILS WHILE WE WERE THERE 3 HRS!! WE WERE HEADING OUT OF TOWN AND SHE SAID TO BRING HER BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR A DISCOUNT!! NEGATIVE I DID NO SUCH THING... I ENDED UP LEAVING A DAY LATER THAN I WAS SUPPOSE TO BECAUSE MY NAILS AND FEET WAS MESSED UP AND I HAD TO GET THEM TO FIX THEM SATURDAY MORNING. MY FEET GOT FIXED MY HANDS LOOK WORSE THAN THEY DID ON FRIDAY WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY GOT MESSED UP!! I got them done on Friday my rhinestones fell off I went bk on Saturday to get them fixed and Vickie slapped nail gel on them instead of putting glue... Here it is Monday and more rhinestones fell off I have hunks of gel and Vickie was VERY RUDE WHEN I TOLD HER THEY WASN'T SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE THAT!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEY'RE CUSTOMERS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! I'LL POST PICS OF MY NAILS WARNING THEY LOOK HORRIBLE I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO FIX THEM EVEN THO I PAID DIVA NAIL SPA $50 3 DAYS AGO ���� RUN...

Worst 1st and LAST visit. Horrible experience ever! Had an appointment with Jenny.I showed her my nails which we done in California that were beautiful. I asked if she knew how to do them like that. She said Yes! Yes!..but she lied!!! She did not know how to do dipped nails. She was so sloppy I expressed I didn't like what she was doing bc my nails were dipped over 15 times. My nails came out so thick and wide they don't look normal. In the middle of doing my nails she stop to do another ladys that walked in and that's was so rude and unprofessional!! She sent a elderly man to finish my nails. He was nice and tried the best he could to correct her mess but couldn't. My appointment was 12 noon but I got in the chair at 11:30 didn't get out until 1:30. No one Verywas in the shop so they were not busy. It's so upsetting paying $45 for this.. Do NOT let Jenny do your dip nails at Diva Nail and Spa off 290. Don't know how they are getting a 4.7 unless they are eating...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but wanted to share my experience I’ve been coming here for a couple years and never had a problem up until yesterday. I went in with my husband to get a pedicure we waited for a little bit which we didn’t mind it seems they changed their products I asked for the princess and diva pedicure they have these little packets they use now with lotion and oil that is not enough for one leg yet alone they used it on both we didn’t get the scrubs it’s said then both my husband and I were hurt on the same foot on the side from them scrubbing so hard I was literally bleeding which then made the rest of my pedicure unpleasant and painful I decided to write this review so you can maybe think twice about coming here because it literally hurts to wear shoes and the pain just makes me upset to think how careless all he said was oh it’s from the purple sponge sorry needless to say we won’t be...
