Worst tavo bell ever!!!! Waited 10 minutes and got told my food was given to someone else (by yhe manager Claudia ) and i only ordered a 5 craving box ( restaurant was empty and drive thru had 1 person my order was never made) then got my order 4 minutes later....
Fries were cold amd nasty,asked for more 7 minuyes later i got my fries! ( delivered to my table only good thing ive seen at all!!)
Doritos loco taco was made right , i think...
Got to my beefy 5 layer and it was a $1 frito burrito
At this point i asked for manager, surprisingly the person who i had been talking to was the manager... she them preceeded to argue with me that i didnt wait 15 minutes....
Now that 2 of the 3 items i got were messed up and she said she would remake my order and told me id get an extra taco... i got 1 burrito and the 1 extra taco... what happened to the rest of my order...
Also i had never received my receipt amd when i asked for it... they rerang my original order and made a new receipt that was closed it immediately. When i told them that wasnt acceptable that i was comtacting corporate i was Yelled at by am empkiyee named Jose telking me corpirate didnt care and he worked for them and he knew what he was doing... oh that was after he ANSWERES A PERSONNAL CELL PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION AND CUT ME OFF AND IGNORED ME!!!
WOW.... WORST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE EVER...
oh and im a former shift manager for 2 different taco bells...

Cashier started speaking Spanish to someone behind the window asking what she should do. I know this because I too speak Spanish fluently. When she said that she didn't know what I meant, I told her to give me some nacho that were freshly made, in Spanish. She then closed the window down so that I could not hear (sketch af #2). When she opened the window again, I just asked for a refund. They handed me back my card but no receipt (sketch af #3). I asked for one (was first told that in order to get one, I'd need to give him- the cook- my name and phone number, sketch af #3) and was shown the receipt from the window, but not close enough so that I could actually see it (sketch af #4). I told them that I would give them my name and number and the "cook" walked over to a different register and gave me the one pictured. Which if you look closely is a charge, not a refund (sketch af #5), and it wasn't even the drive thru register but one from the front. This place just reeks sketchy. I ordered a 7- layer burrito and requested it vegan. The lady at the window said she understood with a slight condescending tone. After paying and waiting about 3 minutes I was handed the bag. I didn’t check it immediately seeing as the person seems extra sure of themselves.
Once I got to my destination I was disgusted with the service and the product. The burrito was bathed in both cheese and sour cream neither of which I can eat. Due to time constraints I was not able to return the burritos I attempted to make phone calls to the restaurant to speak with the manager the phone just rang endlessly.
I would be doing myself a terrible disservice by going back to this restaurant if I hadn’t have checked behind the arrogant worker I would have had an even more negative experience. Much worse than spending 2.99 on 2 burritos I cannot eat.
I would suggest to management retraining people on the importance of proper order taking and give an in-depth explanation of what “vegan” means I understand so people think this is a trend but for some of us we CAN NOT eat certain foods due to server...
