Pandan Leaf — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Our experience at this establishment was an absolute nightmare! My friend and I innocently inquired about the difference between the coffee and signature coffee. His response? "We put coconut powder and syrup and blend it with ice.” My friend expressed a preference for hot coffee, the cashier's response was beyond belief. "It's a smoothie, how can a smoothie be made hot?" he retorted, each word dripping with contempt. And to our disbelief, he proceeded to belittle us in front of other customers, repeating his condescending remarks with an air of superiority.

The disrespect didn't stop there. Instead of rectifying the situation, this individual doubled down on his rude behavior, treating us as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being paying customers. It's disgraceful that a local establishment would treat patrons in such a degrading manner. We came to support small businesses, but the sarcastic, disrespectful attitude we encountered was beyond unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, this cashier had the audacity to publicly shame us as we left the restaurant, all because of a review left by my friend. When we confronted him about his appalling behavior, he callously waved us off, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and basic decency. It's truly appalling that someone in the service industry could behave in such a manner. Avoid this establishment...

I used to love this place but won't be returning after today. I ordered 4 drinks with tapioca and some veggie wraps. The drinks were a little low but I didn't really care. One of the them was a jackfruit smoothie. I tried a small sip and it tasted like shaved ice. It had no jackfruit flavor or any kind of flavor. Either they didn't add enough flavor or the recipe is no good. I explained the problem to the young man at the counter and asked if he could exchange my drink. He was polite and apologized and said he'd make me a different drink. He took my jackfruit smoothie to the back and talked to his manager, a lady who had come out to give me my order at first, and then returned and said that his manager couldn't make me another drink because I had drank quite a lot from it already. He said that I'd have to pay to exchange my drink in other words. I mentioned that the drink had originally come out low and showed him my other drinks that I hadn't even stuck a straw in yet. In this picture that I'm including you can see how the jackfruit smoothie to the right is just as high as the unopened drink on the left.

I don't appreciate that the manager didn't care about the quality of my drink when I complained (which was completely her fault as far as I know and I was nice about it) and suggested that I was lying just to get...

A little hidden gem and one of my favorite boba spot in tomball. As soon as you walk you're greet with fresh air from the beautiful plants and aquariums. By the cleanness and eye catching decor you can tell the owners take great care of their business. I am usually not one to write a review but due to a recent google search for their address I realize how many recent bias comments/review there are on this place. It saddens me to see how hard it is already for a small business owner to survive - let alone having to live in this new era of reviews dictating if a business is worthy to stop by or not. Please don't let your emotions and perceptions of others stop you from coming here. Every time I've stopped by or placed phone orders, I've never had any trouble with my prefered drinks or food, if anything it was always bought out in a timely manner even with a follow up just to make sure everything was okay. My favorite go to is Pandan milk tea with boba, pandan waffle and their yummy popcorn chicken. I'm sure there are many other great items that I have not yet try.
