The place is amazing, clean and well maintained. The toddler section is amazing for the little ones to enjoy without being trampled on by the big kids but of course there is always a group of big kids who find their way in and start pushing the littles around. It sucks but it happens in most of these places.
Staff is kind and will answer any questions or concerns you have. The manager is absolutely amazing, she was one of the first people I met and honestly the reason we came back for the grand opening.
Food: they have samosas, Coffee, pizza(itās very thin but good!), fries, chicken nuggets and more! The only thing I would recommend they add to their list is honest kids juice boxes or low sugar options for those of us who donāt want a loaded sugar drink for our kiddos.
PLEASE watch your kids, other parents/staff are not free babysitters! š I had a kid come up and not only try to drink my drink, but went up to another tables drink and drank from that, then proceeded to take items out of the fridge and asked me to open it. I tried to ask where her parents were multiple times, looked around (the sitting area, itās not a big area!) because this child was unattended the multitude of times she approached me,I felt bad for her cause she seemed awfully thirsty and hungry but you never know if a child has sensitivities/allergies. so I notified the manager and she handled the situation amazingly and according to my husband she found a parent or sibling.
Please donāt go to these places if you are just gonna bury your head in your phone and expect another parent to play/take care of your kid.
Other than that, the staff is amazing and I definitely would recommend this place! Plus, just down the lot of this location they are building a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA couple days ago I took my son for the first time late evening. He had an amazing experience! I really like the place, the stations, the environment, the colors around. It was a busy day, notice there was a couple birthdays celebrations on going but even like that you think the place look small, oh no the park is huge and deep. I enjoy the cafeteria area, variety menu to choose from. I order a cheese pizza, it was delicious. By the time of closing I had the opportunity to meet with the owner, she is so lovely lady and realized that she has done an amazing job running this business. We as a parent must be grateful for bringing us another concept to add to our āpark list to go toā, you are not a DAYCARE, and way beyond making the effort daily to keep it clean, safe and fun. Not perfect. (Parents if you want perfection, stay at home) I saw in you your love for children and dedication to see them grow. I really wish you the best and please parents take your child(ren) a chance to enjoy. They deserve to have fun and you deserve to have a break too, have a cup of coffee or eat a snack. We also need to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited this location for my sonās second birthday, and overall, Iād say the experience was average, which is why Iām giving it three stars.
The first issue was the front desk. Each time I needed assistance, I had to wait while the staff finished whatever they were doing on their phones before acknowledging me. It didnāt feel very welcoming or attentive.
The second concern was safety. While I understand and support the sock rule, the floors are extremely slippery. I witnessed several kids fall, and I personally slipped on the stairs while carrying my son, which left me with a bruised heel and hip. The stairs are made of the same slippery material as the play floor, which feels like an accident waiting to happen. At the very least, adding grips or non-slip coverings to the stairs would make it much safer.
The play space itself is fun, and my son enjoyed it, but the customer service and safety issues are things I hope...
