âźď¸ Long Post Warning âźď¸
Iâm not the type to put anyone âon blastâ. However, if I pay a business almost $1000 for a service and they refuse to fix their work, then I have a problem.
In August 2023, I decided to get my brows tattooed by Brows Bossible. Immediately after getting my brows done, I told her that something seemed âoffâ about them but I couldnât quite point out what it was. She assured me they were symmetrical and everything would be fine once they healed.
Once I got home that evening and got a better look, I realized they were shaped different. My right was perfect, but my left was thicker and more boxy-shaped⌠which I didnât like. I emailed her that same day to tell her my concerns. She said the same as earlier, advising me to âtrust the processâ and that I could come in after 30 days for a touch up.
Fast forward about two weeks and my brows are still noticeably uneven. I sent another email with pictures. She said she could see my concerns and could make them even with a touch up. Bet. I booked my touch up.
So I went in for my touch up and she said again, she understood where I was coming from with my concerns and that she would even them out. After paying $100 for my touch up, they still werenât right. At that point, I was over it. Once I let them heal and still saw unevenness, I knew I wasnât going back to her for another touch up.
Some months go by and in April 2024, I saw that she now offered removals. I reached out to remind her of the uneven work she did last year and that I wanted her to correct it by removing the area that was overdone. After a series of emails, this woman really expected me to PAY for her to fix HER MISTAKE. When I told her that I refused to pay her another dime to fix her bad work, she completely stopped responding to me.
Not once did I ask for my money back, until now, because I honestly just wanted the couple areas fixed.
I say all of this to warn you all about Nhu and her business, Brows Bossible. She will not make any attempt to take responsibility for her mistakes and will expect clients to continuously pay her to fix her botched job. Nhu, I really hope that you learn to work on your customer service and humble yourself enough to own your mistakes.
I will never refer any friend, family, or stranger to you. I gave you every chance to make this right, and keep it between you and I. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH NHU @ BROWS BOSSIBLE!!!
IN RESPONSE TO NHUâS RESPONSE: I reached out to you multiple times since August. Regardless of any unevenness of my natural brow, it is up to you to create even brows as the brow artist. You can CLEARLY see YOUR uneven work in all three pictures taken at Day 1, about 2 weeks post, and current; respectively.
You can continue gaslighting me, but the proof is in the pictures. You created an uneven shape and you expect me to keep paying you to fix it. So yes, I have absolutely asked you multiple times to remove the areas of concern without charge (the bottom of the left brow that was overdone). During my initial brow session you even kept going back to my left brow to add more. Thatâs when you went overboard.
As mentioned above, I had made up in my mind after the touch up that you were incapable of creating even brows so I was not going to pay for another touch up. But when you very recently began to offer removals, I thought youâd be more than willing to fix YOUR mistake. I was sadly wrong. Your customer service and complaint resolution are very poor. If I was after free services, I wouldâve asked for my money back in the beginning or outright refused to pay. However, I EVEN WENT BACK TO YOU TO PAY FOR A TOUCH UP. So please donât make this about me demanding free services when I gave you numerous chances. It wasnât until now that I asked for my money back because you stopped responding and refuse...
Read moreBo is a talented nail artist and does amazing nail art and I had been coming to her for awhile. We were doing shellac/gel nails for awhile but my nails were breaking so Bo, in her professional cosmetician experience, recommended dip and I decided to try it given her professional opinion. Unfortunately since we started doing dip the top layer would chip off within 2-5 days and I would have to come get it fixed. I am also a busy professional like everyone else and I cannot keep coming to get them fixed every week especially when I pay $60-100 every time to get them done. I voiced my concerns and she told me she does not specialize in dip, only in acrylic and monomer solution nail application and suggested I find a studio who specializes in dip. I would have appreciated knowing that she does not specialize in dip as I do not ever get acrylic nails given my profession. In addition, she suggested a lash perm for my lashes and I informed her I had a very bad allergic reaction previously to the lash glue. She ensured me no lash glue will be used in the process and I decided to try it as, again in her professional opinion, my lashes were a good fit for a lash perm. I was nervous but decided to proceed and the next day I woke up with eye swelling. I requested the ingredients of the items she used so I could understand what Iâm allergic to and she noted she used some glue to shut my eyes for the procedure. This was highly unprofessional when I had clearly expressed I had an ALLERGIC reaction to glue previously and requested none be used during this procedure. She did not offer any concession or refund for any of these services. Bo is a great nail artist but I did not appreciate the fact that she recommended the dip without having experience herself and the lash...
Read moreI highly recommend!! Three weeks ago my life has been changed for the better. I had been contemplating getting this procedure done for about two years and then finally this year, after finding someone I can trust, I took a leap of faith. After years of waxing and tweezing my eyebrows, they began to thin and gray due to aging. I had to pencil in my eyebrows everyday and I hated the way they looked if I didnât. I have been getting my nails done by Bo for about a year and half now (she does the best nails too FYI) and have been aware that she also does micro shading/ micro blading so I started following her page on Instagram @brow.bossible. After seeing the amazing transformations sheâs been doing for so many people, I decided it was time I did something to improve myself. It was the best decision I couldâve made! I was initially afraid it would be painful and I was so shocked at the level of comfort I had through out the entire procedure because of the numbing cream she used, I felt next to nothing! No bleeding no soreness or anything afterwards. It was so easy and after care was very simple to follow. It did not alter my schedule one bit. Bo made sure I knew everything that would happen every step of the way and was always there if I had any questions. Her level of professionalism and care with making sure we chose the right shape and color for my brows eased all of my anxieties. Iâm so happy with my results! Getting my eyebrows micro shaded has boosted my level of confidence and it feels so good waking up with perfect eyebrows every day and that knowing when Iâm swimming or working out, they wonât wash off. Thank you so much Bo for everything! If you are contemplating getting your eyebrows done, then Bo is...
