This is my personal opinion of this restaurant. I am NOT being compensated for this review. Oh my goodness.... I have so much to say as I am beside myself with excitement about Beto's Tacos! I went to another location because my wife wanted tacos. We ordered shrimp and chicken tacos. They were nicely filled and delicious. I asked if there was gong to be any locations closer to my house, and hallelajuh, there was going to be a new location less than 5 minutes from our house!!! I have been there 3 times now and MUST do this review. I was there yesterday, Sunday 9/4/22 as I wanted to try the pozole and a different type of taco... (pictured). I ordered the Cochinta pibil tacos and the pozole. For those unfamiliar with these dishes, Pozole is a Mexican stew made from hominy with pork meat, seasoned and garnished with shredded lettuce, chile peppers, onions, oregano, radishes, and limes. Cochinta pibil tacos are traditional Mexican slow-roasted citrus pork dish from The Yucatan Peninsula with lettuce, cilantro, and red pickled onions. Let me tell you something, I have lived all over the U.S. and have had some good Mexican food. I have been to Mexico a few times and have eaten at multiple places in Cancun, and Puerto Vallarta. Beto's reminds me of the experiences that I had in Mexico! The pork in both dishes, was perfectly seasoned and tender. In the tacos, it was juicy and absolutely delicious. The portion size was substantial. They brought the Pozole to the table and I asked who was going to help me eat it... there must have been at least 1/2 gallon or more, of soup. All of the garnishes were served on the side so you can decide what you want in the soup. I dumped them all in as that's how I am used to eating it. Needless to say, I brought more than half home with me. In my humble opinion, Beto's IS the closest Mexican food to actually being in Mexico. I highly recommend these locations and definately will be back.... Thank you Beto's!!!

I ordered tonight directly from the BETOS TACOS website. Part of my order was a Betos Burrito with no beans - confirmed by my emailed receipt from the website. When I received my order the burrito had beans and the receipt on the bag said no onions. When I called to have the correct order sent to me, they tried to place the blame on DoorDash yet I ordered directly from their website. After speaking to the employee over the phone they told me I ordered no onions and there was not a resolution as they received a ticket saying no onions and that it was not an issue on their end, they’d like to help but their manager isn’t in. After a frustrated back and forth they eventually called back and said they could make me a burrito but I had to drive and pick it up, which I could not do as I am at the hospital. They then said they can refund my burrito (we’ll see if it comes through). Not sure why there would be a disconnect between an online order and their tickets, but probably something this location needs to solve and not blame the customer when they have an emailed receipt stating otherwise. We order from the Suwanee location all the time and have never had an issue.

Been here 2x. If you are up for soft tacos, this is the place. Lots of menu choices including Veggie options. The Tacos are very fragile. If you order it, eat there or it'll be soggy by the time you get 5 mins away. They have doubled up the Tacos since the first time I went, but still fragile. The quesadilla options are good. We ordered the Vegetarian one. The main was good, but the rice and beans are not worth it at all. No flavor on either. In contrast, I suggest the Esquites appetizer. It is delicious if you are calorie conscious but still looking for something with flavor. It does have a bit too much lime juice flavor, but if you mix it with sour cream and some hot salsa, it balances out nicely. Bit on the pricey side, but once in a while, it's a good choice, when the weather is nice out.

I recently had an incredible experience at Beto’s Tacos that truly deserves recognition. I placed an online order and, upon arrival, realized I had forgotten to request my quesadilla without cheese. While I love cheese, I unfortunately can’t have it. The quesadilla was prepared in a way that made it difficult to simply remove the cheese, so I asked if they could remake it.

A kind employee brought the matter to a gentleman who was taking a break in the corner. I assumed he was the manager, but it turned out he was Beto Correa, the owner and executive chef of this remarkable establishment. Despite being the owner of six successful locations across metro Atlanta, I learned that Beto works hands-on, seven days a week, rotating between his various locations.

He graciously agreed to have my quesadilla remade and even suggested preparing it burrito-style to ensure it would be easier for me to eat since it was sans cheese like a regular quesadilla. Beto personally oversaw the process, ensuring everything was perfect, and presented the finished product to me with a smile. He was incredibly kind, friendly and professional throughout the interaction, making me feel valued as a customer.

In an addition to his extraordinary customer service, he was very complimentary of his employees. It’s clear that he truly cares about his team and fosters a positive work environment, which speaks volumes about his character and leadership.

This experience reinforced why Beto’s Tacos is such a beloved restaurant. It’s not just the delicious authentic Mexican food, but also the outstanding service and personal care that make it stand out. Thank you Beto, for going above and beyond and may God continue to...
