My engagement ring was bought towards the end of February of 2025 and I was so in love with my original engagement ring(that came with a band as well)! Sadly and unfortunately, it seems to be that I was allergic to either the 10k yellow gold itself or the alloy that was in the yellow gold. I called Ashcroft & Oak in the JC Mall and informed them of the issue that was occurring. They told me to come in and so I went the following day. I was thinking either a refund or store credit with my receipt however, the assistant store manger Kali was in that day and I spoke with her and explained my issue and how I didn’t want to loose my ring but I was turning green. And that is when she said she would look over the ring to see if anything was on it, also explained that I could be allergic and to what and said that she would help me find another ring I loved if needed!

Ms. Kali and her two store associates one of which is another management associate named Jaelyn and a sales associate named Mary (who assisted me the first time around), they all three was so so kind, empathetic, understanding, sweet and just made the overall process so smooth and stress free!

I ended up getting a different engagement ring with the help and kindness of all three ladies as well as, putting my new wedding band on layaway. I loved my first ring but I’m even more in love with the second one! I was so overwhelmed, saddened and kept apologizing and they were so empathic, caring, and kind the spent almost 2 hours helping me find another ring and stay in budget like I had with the first ring…..that it ultimately ended up being an even trade for which so thankful for them!

My husband and I happened to be at the mall and stopped in to look at some jewelry. I always struggled to figure out what I wanted in a ring, making it difficult to want to spend tons of money on a ring I didn't absolutely love. We had a lovely young lady, who I unfortunately can’t remember her name, helping us at first looking over some bands. After trying on a few, and honestly being a little difficult not liking most of them, Eric came over to assist. Eric was really knowledge and patient in helping me figure out what I liked and didn't like. We spent probably close to an hour with Eric trying on an array of rings and bands. He didnt try to upsell or pressure me into making a decision. It felt like he actually cared to help me find something I loved. After finding some rings that were within our budget and that I liked enough, I still wasn't convinced to buy. Eric grabbed a mirror and had me wear the ring and hold my hand close to my face. Then lay my hand out flat and imagine showing it off. Then put my hand on my chest like an "oh my" gasp kind of situation. Something about seeing the ring on me in the mirror was like a third person view. It sounds kind of crazy, but it sealed the deal. Bought the ring and protection plan immediately after. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Ashcroft & Oak! I hadn't heard of them until they came to my local mall. I decided to stop by & see what they had. The ladies that helped me both visits were so kind & helpful. (Jaelyn & kali) During my first visit a ring commanded my attention & I loved it so much I went back the next day to purchase it! I am very pleased with their lifetime warranty & the fact inspections aren't necessary for them to honor your warranty. It's as simple as you bought the warranty & done!!!
