I was appalled today when my 80 year old momma & I went into this store. First they only have 2 riding carts for customers & a great need for more! Anyway bigger issue is I saw an older lady probably 60's not much older than me pay for stuff inline in store then drive around and back in the store where she first put a candle in her bag & I alerted an associate about it and he watched saying maybe going to the bathroom but she didn't go in that direction and went towards pictures and wall decor. I saw the woman leaving and went into tell the store manager that she shop lifted only to be told....that elderly lady..."Well I didn't see her do it therefore I can't stop her from leaving the store." The female manager also made the comment "that woman is elderly & wouldn't steal!" So now it's ok to call customer's liars....I know what I SAW...WOW!!! I gathered my 80 year momma & we left the items in our cart. I have bought seasonal decorations for years along with other household items from this store....never again after seeing how if you don't look the part of a thief you can obviously walk out with whatever you want and you know how most store ask to exit once you've paid for items and not have paid good in bags where stolen goods could be placed and mixed in with your receipt....really have you ever had a receipt...

I'll be honest, I've never been in a sadder, more disappointing store. This building is a soulless husk full of useless, overpriced pressboard assembled by underpaid workers who haven't been asked to sweep the floor since this pandemic started. You wander from empty aisle to empty aisle, taking in the scenery of shredded fake flowers littering the floor and seemingly comfortable furniture filled with styrofoam. Out of the corner of your eye you think you catch someone with a broom, but that's just hopeful imagination. I found a Panera Bread cup of tea that had been on the shelf so long it was starting to naturally ferment into Kombucha. Hazards were everywhere, from boxes piled sloppily on shelves to piles of fine sand on the concrete floor that slipped more effectively than industrial lubricant. All of this to the soundtrack of empty muzak built to pull as many ill-advised dollars out of your pocket as possible before you come to your senses and get out of this wasteland. Please, for your own sake, buy your "Live, Laugh, Love"...
Read moreI went to AtHome to buy curtains that were shown to be in stock online. When I got there, I couldn’t find them. It took me 20 minutes just to find an employee that could help me locate them. She confirmed that the store had 12 of the curtains in stock and that they were in the back of the store. She refused to get them for me saying that it would just take too long. She told me to just keep coming back to the store to check if they put them out yet. There’s no way to order them online, so now I have no way to get the curtains I want unless I want to drive over there every week until they finally decide to put them out on the floor. I will...
