I used to like coming here, but my experience was the least. While some of the managers have changed, I'll give my feedback. So coming here was an experience. The older gentleman (ziggy) was nice and very customer service friendly. At times, he was a little pushy, bur over all a nice guy. Marcus was ok and could be a little shy. He did have a lot to say and helped me when I needed outfit ideas and many others. The only thing I didn't like was when there was a phone call, and I understand you have to take it, but telling a customer who is ready to purchase to be on hold. That was unpleasant. Why should you take a call and deal with a live customer at the same time. I asked him if he was new and honestly confronted him. He was, he had some experience, but to have only two people (2024) run that store was insane. I've worked retail, and while it is small, it's not a boutique. That location should have at least four employees. Overall, the store needed help, and I asked if they were hiring. I never got back, and I came back today to see if they were low and behold, he was gone. I asked Sean, and he was very nice, but the only thing he said was that he had gone to find another job. Yall, I know that meant he got canned. The store looks bad, but it has gotten better. The merch is still the same. I mean, nothing really wows anymore. The DXL, in general, has way more variety. To be honest this store really needs to close shop. Also, is the restroom public or not, cause last time I was...

Read moreOkayskiii If you need a shirt or tie or something really quick then this is okay. But it you’re looking for fresh gear or a really sharp suit, you should google Century Big & Tall in Chicago. It’s worth the drive, they’ll have you looking 5 times flyer for a great price. They offer all the same services too. Overall casual male is like a Walmart and Century is like a boutique with a wide range of choices and nice gear that’s in season at the time you buy it. Casual male brands have slowly lost quality. Overall: Kinda...
