I ordered my drink on the app, so I could Go straight to drive thru as I usually do . The app always tells me it will be done within 3-9 minutes usually . But today it said nine minutes and I had got there in three minutes. Told Hannah that I had a pick up and she replied “ yes looks like you just placed the order, next time can you come the time The app tell you to come” I said “yes” confused because I never had a problem coming earlier then the time. I go everyday before work .
There was four cars ahead of me so by the time I got to the Window it was 7 minutes . Hannah tells me once I get to the window repeating her self “ yea next time come the time your app tells you because you need to be considerate of the other customers” I then replied “iv never had an issue coming earlier , what is the difference had I ordered my Drink at the speaker or on the app either way my drink should be made by the time I get to the window “ And she AGAIN said “ you need to follow the app time “ I drove off really upset because first she said I need to be considerate of the other costumers as if not a paying costumer myself. Read moreWorst Starbucks ever. I always order the same thing have for the past 2 years. First time this location. 4 espresso shots iced, in a venti, vanilla cold foam to top. They told me they couldn’t put foam to the rim of cup, it was against policy. I was stunned, then another person got on the speaker and tried explaining. I said I really don’t care I’m just saying other locations even put on the receipt fill to top with vanilla foam… I wasn’t going to argue I was in a hurry. Anyways my drink was definitely not 4 shots more like 1 1/2 it was full of ice and I was able to finish it in about 2 drinks. Not to mention the foam had no flavor whatsoever.
