Please Read Ok so this store is good and bad. It's good because sometimes you can get really great deals and it's bad because sometimes your really paying retail. This location is not like other Restore locations you will not find stuff pennies on the dollar here. I know they base some of the pricing on orginal price. Let's face it most furniture in stores is on sale. Plus Amazon always has great deals and they deliver it to your door for free with prime. For example I recently bought some book selfs new in the box. The sign said they were worth $259 and they were priced at $80 each so I bought them. Come to find out new would have been only $79 on Amazon so I paid retail price, bummer. This would not have been a big deal but one of the shelves inside the box was damaged and one support had a dent/missing paint. I called them and the girl that answered the phone told me it was not refundable. I asked for a exchange but thats what I was told then she hung up. I wasn't going to drag the heavy box back down to restore to talk to someone when the phone call was short and to the point, no refunds. So I called the manufacturer of the shelves and they will not help me even though it was supposed to be new in the box, because I bought them from Restore. So in this case I got a bad deal!!! However I have gotten some great deals over the years so this store to me is 50/50 sometimes you can get a great deal but most definitely 100% watch what you buy and do your research, because if it breaks or comes broken in the box you will be eating your money because the manufacturer will not help you if you buy it from restore the warranty is void and restore will...
Read moreI used to come here weekly always found awesome items for great prices. the staff was great. an older gentlemen used to be here everyday and was so friendly and helpful. Within the last year new management has taken over. Staff here is incredibly rude doesn’t smile or is friendly at the very least. It seems like everyone working here hates their job…As someone work who works in retail it’s extremely uncomfortable coming into somewhere where you can tell the employees are talking bad about you openly to each other and rolling their eyes right to ur face when u ask for help. They will google image search items at the register and give outrageous prices on items that don’t have a price tag that are even in well-worn/disrepair condition. I stopped coming here a few months ago because of the environment, decided to come check it out see if things have changed and I won’t waste my time coming here again. All of these items are donated and this location is in a low income area. It’s ashamed that prices are dependent on who’s working for the day, pricing things at the register based on how they are feeling for the day. People are coming here looking for a deal on a used item that may need to be refinished, not people looking...

I’ve visited this location more than 150 times in the past 2 years... here’s my review:
I know it’s a 100% donated stocked store however, it’s seems to me that the prices are constantly getting higher & the selections are getting fewer & fewer.
For example.. 2 years ago you needed a full day to REALLY see all the assortment of items they had... now it take 10 minutes.
For example.. 2 years ago you could buy a BRAND NEW 2 seat LazyBoy for $250 bucks...Now they start at $450 if you’re lucky.
I know it’s a lazy boy... & I know they’re expensive... the problem I have is that someone came in & whispered in the bosses ear & said “hey, we could get more for this stuff” & he must have agreed... because now the place is full of Lazy Boys... & that whisper totally...
