I am a new nursing student and purchased my scrubs through La Belle as required for the program. I received my scrubs and inspected that I had the right size and patch (which I did) and then put them aside till it was time to be worn. FF to a month later, I take the shirts out of the bag to be washed and to my surprise there is a straight razor type line/rip across the front of my scrub top. So I went into the store and the clerk there was very nice and understood my situation. She called her manager and the manager refused to exchange my top for a new 1. Because it was past the 2 wk mark. Now I understand that I should've took the entire top out but I obviously didnt feel the need to take all my scrubs out to inspect for rips. I'm not asking for my money back, all I want is an exchange. Not like I took a razor to my own personal school top. For the amount of money I spent on all my scrubs and tags, asking for a replacement isn't too much to ask. Especially when it was on their end as to the damage. * UPDATE I had to call corporate office and they fixed the issue. Maybe I have been spoiled by other scrub stores I’ve shopped at but the I felt that the selection at this store was limited mostly to Dickies, Cherokee, and HeartSoul. Not many options as far as print tops either. Their return policy is no returns which is awful customer service in my opinion. They only offer exchanges, unless you used a coupon, then the coupon does not roll over to the exchange - even if the coupon/discount is still active and within its original “use by” dates. Read moreThe young girl Who worked today @1pm looked me right in my face and lied. I was called yesterday and told my uniform top was ready and I can pick them up from the joliet location. Wednesday I drove 40 mins to only be told there not here there still in Mokena why did you even call me then ? She claims Mokena told me they were going to be ready in 1/2 days.
