Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Joliet

The woman that took my order this morning was very sweet, ordered the chicken biscuits and it was the first time I had them and they were really good! Reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because I got nuggets instead my the chicken minis at first, no big deal everyone makes mistakes. I went around and it took another 20 minutes just to get my chicken biscuits then a woman with glasses came out and asked me what I was waiting on, I let her know. She then brought out my chicken biscuits and asked for the nuggets back. I gave them back because whatever I didn’t want them anyways but I thought that was really odd. I really hope you guys aren’t serving food that was already given out. I worked in fast food for years and always let the customers keep the mistakes because what am I supposed to do with it? That’s unsanitary. Then I asked her more honey and she seemed irritated that I asked. Never mind the fact that my order was messed up and that I had to wait that much longer for my order to be corrected. Really disappointed with this location. I am a signature member and go to chik fil a regularly. Stopped here for lunch and the employee didnt bring my food to me even though they did for others. The man had a trainers badge on so he is training people how to not work badly. I watched others have their food delivered to them. I explicitly told him I was eating in. I was discriminated against. For a standard chain restaurant the food wasnt as good because it was bagged before being served. I ordered soup and was given a single cracker. The employee cleaning tables was nice. They really should have the bolingbrook owners take over this store. The store layout is cramped. Parking lot is tight. I ate from the drive thru once it was fast and efficient. Corporate needs to address the lack of timelines at this location. I was looking forward to see this location open up as it is much closer to where I live compared to the one on Plainfield Rd. Unfortunately, there is a constant lack of timelines. I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for my order almost every time I’ve ordered here. I’ve never experienced such frequent delay at a fast food restaurant. I would really hate to see this place go the way Steak n Shake or Taco Bell did. I feel like this issue needs to be resolved immediately not only to increase revenue.
