I want to sing Shad Finley’s (+crew) praises from the skies. I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the amazing team working here. I am not an expert on Culver’s but I find it hard to believe Shad doesn’t epitomize what it means to be a Culver’s franchise owner and manager. Shad has his restaurant in proper order so his team and him can help get hot meals to those effected by Hurricane Ian in our area. Shad has established a portion of the store for hurricane relief supplies so customers and others can get the direct assistance they need as well. In addition to all of this, Shad went above and beyond and provided us with delicious butterburgers w/ cheese to get to those in need. We were able to get hot and tasty Culvers to families without food, elderly people that haven’t eaten a hot meal in days, lineman that has been working 18-20 hour days, and more. We made sure that they knew where to find this amazing gentlemen and his great establishment. Thank you Culvers. Thank you Shad. Thank you for helping us make a difference in some lives this past weekend and help getting our area...
Read moreThe people are wonderful the company garbage. They are forcing our teens outside delivering food to cars while they have a perfectly working drive thru window. It's wrong as they offer minimal if non existent health care and minimum wage so workers are often referred to dhs for welfare. Your exposing them to adverse conditions then expect tax payers to cover their Healthcare. Wrong af. Stop taking advantage of our kids and work force. Even taco bell offers Healthcare and doesn't suggest to its workers they should seek food stamps and medicaid. I've reported them to the labor board. As well as brought it to union attention we will soon see the rat outside but it should be a roach as this Wisconsin company leaches our society and our welfare system. If you work 40 hours your employer is responsible to make sure you have proper care. If not u can donate plasma and get more money and more benefits....

Spoke to the manager. I was put on a list. I decided to get my free cheeseburger for dinner. The manager was very nice. I ordered fries & wasn't charged. I get my cheeseburger. Go to my car checked to make sure my cheeseburger was made correctly. It wasn't! It's missing the BACON & GRILLED ONIONS! I went back in & told the manager what was missing. She had the cook give me bacon & grilled onions in a container. She apologized. Idk what happened with the help. I never had an issue with my order until last month. I do love their cheeseburger & that I can order my fries crunchy. I hope that the help gets better in completing orders correctly. It's very frustrating when your order...
