This hotel and staff met all of our expectations! I must start with the Front Desk Manager Julie who made sure everything was going well with our stay. She was cheery, professional, accommodating and friendly! I can't imaging a better representative for this hotel! Thank you Julie for all you did! Follow that up with Anna in Housekeeping. Anna was thorough in the cleaning and accommodations of our room. She was friendly, professional and also a great representative for the hotel! And, everyone smiled!!|Our room was very comfortable and seemed to have been updated not long ago. The bed was soft, everything worked well. The bathroom was bright and roomy. I liked how many outlets there were in this room as I've been to hotels where you are searching to have enough outlets. There was a microwave and refrigerator. There also was plenty of storage space - drawer space, closet space, shelf space. This is good for those of us who like to unpack the suitcase and settle in.|I used the fitness room twice and both times got a good workout in. They have your standard free weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, exercise ball, treadmills and a Peloton bike. The fitness room has a large mirror, water and towels as well as a television. I got two good workouts in during our 3 night stay! There is a pool but I did not use it. It looks nice though.|Morning breakfast is complimentary and has a wide variety of foods. There were omelets, a protein and potatoes for the hot foods. Also available was a waffle maker, toaster and hot oatmeal. Yogurt, cold cereal, fruit and boiled eggs completed the choices. All was done well and presented nicely. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available in the lobby 24 hours.|Access to the hotel is easy and it is central to many things. The parking is well lit and seemed secure.|To top the whole thing off - they leave a little plastic bath animal in your bathroom which is yours to keep! I'm sure the kids love them but, hey, we adults love fun too!|I highly recommend this hotel when you are looking for an overnight stay in the Joliet area. I really can't imagine you will be disappointed! We have family in this area and...

I'm giving 2 stars simply because of my best friends' Bridal Suite reservations being completely mismanaged by Hampton's corporate entity. Had that not happened I would probably have given 4 stars. The standard hotel rooms were very nice, 4 stars. . The front desk clerk, Steff (if I remember his name correctly) dealt with an impossible situation as best he could and he personally went above & beyond, 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 for him. Location... Tough to rate but for our purposes, 3.5 stars

Hampton Regional General Management & Corporate entity... Minus a billion stars for over booking & ignoring reservations that were clearly made & CLEARLY entered into your reservation system almost 8 months in advance..as confirmed by Management even at the time of check in. While this may seem petty to most, you completely ruined one freshly minted Bride and Grooms Wedding night. If you're visiting for pleasure I can attest you will be fairly satisfied (albeit extremely over charged). If you are planning a Wedding.. Skip the Hampton. Head 4 miles down the highway to the Wingate.. Less expensive & more upscale...

My experience at the Hampton Inn, in Joliet, IL was the worst I have had at any of the many Hilton facilities I have stayed at. The guests upstairs were loud and disruptive all night. The staff was no help at all, Stephanie at the front desk instructed us to not make contact with other guests and suggested WE call the police to file a complaint. After several other phone calls and complaints to the front desk the staff informed us that they had an agreement with the loud party above us and that they could not have them removed from the property but she was more than happy to have our family (including a 7 year old child) move to another room in the hotel in the middle of the night. The noise continued until 2:30am until the harrassing phone calls started at 3am, once the party above us realized we had put in multiple complaints about their noise. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this Hampton facility, the night staff clearly has no concern for the safety or sanity of...

So I have been on I55 this morning in a 26' box truck fighting the cold and wind. Needless to say I was aggravated and tired from the drive and was ready to get to the room and relax. But when I got to the room and seen this rubber ducky in the bathroom it made my whole day. Don't know why it touched me like that, but in all the hotels I've stayed in, 3 a week for 9 yrs, I've never seen this before. It had a beard and a beanie and couldn't be more like me if they had a picture of me when they made it. Thanks for the little gesture not knowing how it would make someone's day, it was nice to have a reason to smile for a change today!!!

I stayed here for 4 nights. Not the greatest Hampton inn I have stayed at but was pretty good. Room was clean and the tv was huge and could move around that was nice. Closet could have been a bit bigger. Our conditioner was out and there were a few things like rips in the chairs but nothing major. Clearly recently renovated an older building. The shower went the greatest and was a bit dirty. Overall the food was amazing, the service was outstanding and the room was what I expected for what I paid. Dead bolt was also broken but there was also a door stopper as a second after back up. Would stay here again 😊

Charged full price. They were updating the locks on the doors and I was the last one with a key card. Got locked out of the facility the first night. Pool was under construction. The drain in the sink was clogged. And the door looked like it was going to fall off the hinges after being worked on while I was at work.
