Krystal — Restaurant in Jonesboro

This particular location has gave me quite a few problems when visiting here. One is being that they NEVER ever have any ice cream sundaes, no matter what time of day or night. 2nd problem, an incident that goes like this: My husband and I visit this particular location to have a quick lunch and dine in one day not too long ago. It came our turn to order so my husband ordered first. Everything went just fine with his order then it was my turn to tell the casheir my order. And as soon as i could name off the items I wanted, I was told that they were out of anything and everything I wanted to order, one by one.1st I ordered a hotdog immidiatly said they were out of chili. Thats ok, no biggy I thought. 2nd it was a sweet tea that I was immidiatly informed of them being totally out of. Im not going to lie, by then I was beginning to feel a certain type of way. Then, lastly but definitely not the least, I asked for an order of fries thinking theres no possible way for them to be out of those. I guess thats what I get for thinking because I thought wrong. I got told that they were out of fries too. WOW, i was thinking to myself at that point: dang y'all might as well shut this place down if y'all dont have the most ordered item on the menu that comes with every single meal. Ok, but thats not the end of it or the final thing that confirmed my feelings of being singled out and discriminated against. It was when I go to pick up our order at the counter. As I was receiving our trey with our order, the couple behind us(a cute elderly couple btw) are ordering their food. Guess what... They shockingly must have gotten some fries all of a sudden and lightening speed quick cause the guests that was now ordering was getting granted their fries wish. then i see casheir pouring both of them tea from the drive thru and wouldnt doubt if they DID have hotdog chili After all. I can not explain how confused I was on WHY the casheir would hate on me so bad. I was also shocked, surprised and felt singled out and discriminated against. For what reason, I don't know. I dont understand what the casheir on duty that day would get or benefit from making me unhappy, kinda hurting my feelings by feeling the hate radiate off her like the suns hot rays on a sunny summer day, and ruining my lunch with my...

Absolutely rated the worst customer service I'll ever received. We ordered at the drive thru 2 double combos and a 12 sack. Only received the 2 double combos so we turned right back to received the sack. She viewed our receipt, we asked could they be hot due to double combo burgers being cold. She returned to the window with the hot 12 sack and insist that they would re-cook the 6 doubles. Awesome we thought, nothing better than hot steamed krystals right? Gave the employee back the combos with the exception of 1 double burger and both drinks... well she comes back to the window with only 3 double krystals from one of the combos( with no fries) and says she said she can only give you 3 double krystals back. Huh? Why? So the I guess Manager comes and say you only gave 3 back. No ma'am I gave back 5 krystals and 2 fries. She says have a good night and shuts the window and refuses to come back to the window to rectify the issue. My friend wanted to just take the loss but I respectfully refuse to accept the harsh treatment and leave with the missing order. Door was locked and they refuse to answer the window, door, or phone. So I called the police and wanted to make a complaint with names involved. Police went to window and spoke with the manager and she insisted she would give a refund if we agreed to never come to that Krystals again. Please tell me what did we do wrong??? The night staff is horrible they take forever to come onto the mic when you pull up and if it's within an hour too close you can forget getting your order right I stopped here after I get off of work sometimes to pick up dinner and due to the horrible service I won't be back this is the fourth try I have given them they never have ice cream or chili I've been told they didn't have buns before it's just ridiculous but I'm starting to think this is a thing with all crystals and not just this location the Byron location is the same way if you go to any of them at night it seems customer service goes down to a 0 I completely understand being tired and ready to go home I've worked food and before myself but until it's closing time you have to still do your job I understand things happen but I find it hard to believe that they run out of chili one night out of the week an hour before close I know how it actually works they pulled the chili and it gets cold and they will not reheat it for a customer because it takes too long well here's how you solve that problem stop pulling food until it's closing time you still have to do your job up until...
