I went into the store with a phone that wouldn't stay powered on and Luis Hernandez helped me and was extremely kind. He listened to our needs and was amazing at getting us a great deal and we left very happy customers. I highly recommend Luis - go see him! I've been with this company since 2015! I've never had a problem that wasn't handled the best possible way! Luis is running the store now and he's a fantastic employee. He's honest, understanding and very patient. He definitely tries to help in any way he can. He's also very educated and knows what he's doing.
I also want to say I understand there have been some experiences that did not work out the way a customer would've liked. I too had that experience. But I hope everyone can remember, we've all been through a lot these last couple years. Phones became the only was for some of us to communicate. Try to remember the work industry is suffering... from my experience. Everyone is short handed. Boost is no different. BUTTTTTTT now the company has an amazing employee running their store. So go see him!! Let him get you set up with whats the BEST options for you!!! I know you won't be disappointed. I hope Boost Mobile knows they have a winner on...

Told me I can't get a Samsung G25 because they don't have any in stock and I had to pay for it outright or sign a contract. I ended up with A16. I went up pay and was told only cash or debit. They don't accept credit cards. I went across to the mall yo see if the repair store could try to get my old phone working so I can transfer my info. They fixed my phone. My friend lost his sim card for a replacement phone and would have been charged $35 for a replacement. My friend has ADHD and this threw him off and gets slow when confused. A customer waiting in the store was very rude to him saying "well if you're done I'd like to do some business with this man." It took me everything to hold myself back from removing this guy's larynx manually. (Not worth going to jail over) Afterwards, we called Boost and they will send my friend a sim card for free. 1-3 business days so he has to wait is the only catch.
