I went with my boyfriend to his appointment. He was looking to get contacts again for the first time in about a year. The doctor gave him a pair of contacts to try out. My boyfriend couldn’t see out of his right eye as it was very blurry. The doctor asked him to read the lines and although he could read 20/20, except for one letter which is still considered 20/20 to the doctor, his vision in his right eye was still blurry and just wasn’t right. He mentioned something to the doctor and the doctor was rude. He didn’t give an explanation or try to fix it. He tried to send him on his way with blurry vision. My boyfriend was persistent that something was wrong, but the doctor just got aggravated and annoyed, unwilling to help my boyfriend. They scheduled a follow up appointment. We cancelled it, and paid for the glasses exam. They said to get the contact prescription he would need to return for the follow up and pay for his contacts to get the contact prescription. Overall, staff seemed on edge and not very welcoming. Makes sense as they were working under an unprofessional and...
Read moreHorrible service. I dealt with the lady up front named Kiristie and set up an appointment and she felt the need to assume that I was looking in a different location so canceled my appointment and then called to tell me she can set up a appointment at a location an hour away or I can wait a month and a half for my next appointment because the doctor supposedly only works 2 to 3 days out of the month. I've dealt with this company for years and have never had a problem until this location. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location. And to top it off me and my wife were already at the location in the mall and all I seen was her sitting on her phone scrolling through tiktoks very unprofessional, and time is money. I had to schedule off work for no reason because somebody wanted to assume(week later update talked to GM and I would say if you want to continue doing business at visionworks do not go to this location it will totally ruin your experience, there filled excuses and have horrible customer service and definitely do the most to not take responsibility for...
Read moreI broke my glasses which were partial frames and a magnetized sunglass clip. They are small (frame size was 49 or 50) about 6 years old and lens are fine. I use these to drive with and for my job they are beneficial as I can remove the clip when in a home and use my bifocals to read paperwork to my customers. Since the break of the stem, which couldn't be repaired, I have juggled two or three sets of glasses to do what those did. I returned to where I bought them, but frames are now larger and a new set of glasses similar to what I had with a clip was $750. I just couldn't do that! I have tried multiple things, but nothing worked. I called, Christie said bring them in, she looked at them, went right to the selection, found a comparable pair of frames, snapped out my lens, put them in the new pair, cleaned them, gave me a discount they had going and I paid $120. I now have my lens, with new frames, and my sun clip. I took a peak at their selection and prices; I'll be back! And that folks is how you get a customer! Thank you...
