Dollar General — Local services in Joshua

My son was treated awful by a worker Stephanie he was sitting on an isle Indian style with his toy next to him and his money he had just worked for she walked up and took his toy I said um what ar you lint that’s his give it back so she acted as if she was giving his money back when we knew it was next to him I said lease don’t take things from my 5 he’s old son again I guess I made her mad then she walked away and keep watching him right after that she went to the register he found a mystery box he wanted he was holding it and she yelled loud and said little boy don’t open that toy I said um don’t even yell at my son again she sad well tell you kid to stop opening toys and it was not touched not anywhere near opened I made sure of it after that I tried telling her be off his butt leave us alone she just treated useful talked awful to us yelled at us made fun of me I tried to tel a manager Cheryl and by that time she was coming out of the office telling me I was the mean one the loud one I said um review the cameras and see the truth she said um no you did it then had costumers well 3 surrounding the register making fun of me and my son I came up and told the truth about what happend then was told to leave there store I said no I won’t I did no wrong then I got what I needed and went to the register the Stephanie girl to,d Cheryl get her cause I won’t pointing at me and said um I ain’t dealing with that I said lady are you seriously going to treat a customer this way I said really I haven’t ever had issues here and I’ve seen you before Cheryl said um lady I don’t know you . I said I didn’t say that I said I’ve seen you then Stephanie said um can you close your mouth I’m trying to talk to my manager k thanks I said I’ll be back up here Tom with my husband to speak to the manager she laughed and called the cops saying I threatened her the cops came and laughed at the fact that there was no threat the cop said go home and feed those babies cause I told her I had dinner waiting she said you have a good rest of your night . Well a couple hours later I forgot cold meds I went back just for cold meds walked in didn’t even look at them went to grab my meds and Cheryl walked up and said um lady get out of my store or you will be arrested for trespassing I said wait for what she said the cop revived cameras and said I was awful I did wrong and leave or I’d be arrested so I contacted to cop that was there she said first of all I didn’t review any cameras and I didn’t say one thing about you not coming back she said she isn’t able to do that only a district manager can . I am so grateful to all the customers that were in there that stood by my child’s side yesterday it reminded me there still is good people in this world and I may never see y’all again but god bless you for assuring me that I did no wrong and bullies don’t deserve my tears cause I let a lot out yesterday over this . I will not let this go until this is dealt with in the right way this was awful and truly hurt me and my child he was in tears when we left over...

Oh my God I am so upset 😠 the sorry store and local store have phone off hook & it told si me that , but I have to find my debit card from so Fri last at Josha store , and finally found the 800 customer service but looking like dead end , this is very important and as we know we must call bank asap.😁 Too sick with the flu to drive to the dam sorry DG but will be asking a friend to help me , boy the customer service around here are something else , oh wait to hear my bad Good Will...

I hate to say this about my hometown Dollar General. This is the most unorganized Dollar General I've ever been in. It seems like the people get genuinely upset when you ask them questions about where certain things are or if they have certain things.
