My recent drive through experience at Chicken Express has prompted a discerning evaluation, revealing room for a more refined dining encounter. Approaching the drive through, I anticipated a brief wait, consistent with the fast food paradigm. Nevertheless, the unfolding sequence of events left me disheartened, raising questions about the professionalism of the engagement. Foremost, my order was handed over without verbal acknowledgment, precipitating a sense of uncertainty concerning the completion of the transaction. This conspicuous lack of customary closure rendered me bewildered, unsure of whether to proceed or anticipate additional items. My earnest attempts to seek clarification from the employee at the window were met with silence, further intensifying my sense of disorientation. The presentation of my meal compounded my disappointment, marked by a lack of meticulousness in arrangement. This inattention to packaging detail detracted significantly from the meal’s visual appeal and anticipated gastronomic enjoyment. Furthermore, the allocation of fried okra, a personal culinary preference, proved exceptionally meager, comprising only a scant few portions. This paucity added to my sense of disillusionment, as I had expected a more substantial serving. I hold in high regard the dedicated efforts of fast food industry workers, who often contend with arduous and demanding conditions. Nonetheless, this particular encounter regrettably departed from the customary standards I associate with Chicken Express of Joshua. In conclusion, I eagerly anticipate the prospect of encountering an elevated standard of customer service and a discernible enhancement in food quality during subsequent drive through visits. Such refinements will undoubtedly enrich the overall experience, reaffirming my belief in the potential for constructive change and the promise of more satisfying visits...

Read moreIt has been a while since I’ve had an WOW! experience at this location I would like to brag about. Today I used the drive thru to pick up an order for my family and Eden was very nice and kind. She was just warm and overall pleasant. I left and when I got home I found that I didn’t have my French fries I ordered. I was upset, but after returning and letting the two girls in the drive thru know what happened I was pleasantly surprised. Kristin? Could be wrong name, welcomed me at the window and was ready to reconcile the mistake. I let her know I did revise my order and I apologized. She made no excuses and was happy to fulfill my request for the French fries. It came out quick o the original order and the fries. Both ladies were extremely kind with me and I let them know they were the friendliest people there I’ve encountered in a while. I hope this reaches them and their bosses. Because they made me want to come back. Thank you for being part of the...
