AIH Alaska Industrial Hardware Inc. — Local services in Juneau

We were looking for something and could not find it. We could not find anyone on the floor, so we had to go to the cashier to get help. The cashier had to look up the information to see if they had any in the store. Once they found they had it, they had to hunt for it because it wasn't where it was supposed to be. Once they were able to find it we were able to pay for our items. Since we had two separate orders, and there were 2 people behind the counter, we were both able to check out at the same time...

Clerks acted like I needed their store more than they needed my business. Bought one item at AIH and did the rest of my shopping at Home Depot.
