Subway — Restaurant in Juneau

The recently “remodeled” subway looks the same. The place wasn’t social distancing though that is up to customers. They had removed stuff from menu and had less ingredients and toppings. I had been doing the online deals until they closed. I was happy every time. I tried tonight but it wouldn’t work. They offered no reason except to call corporate. Ok so, I went to order and asked questions getting confusing answers. I tried to make a sandwich with two different meats and they said it would be four dollars extra. Like literally would have been the same amount of meat as any another sandwich. That makes no sense to me. Both sandwiches were made with about half the normal amount of toppings. I asked for extra spinach and 4 leaves were added. Both sandwiches that we ordered looked horrible. No honey mustard anymore for some reason. Meal deal cost 4 bucks extra. An entire bag of chips and drink across the street at breeze inn would have cost the same as the “deal”. I added cookies and came out 30 bucks later. Amazing experience I just had with the whole crew that assisted me and gave me great helpful advice tips on a subway sandwich(THE BOSS) and the bread That will not only get me full but keep me warm with amazing flavor sauce choice that was recommended with my fresh brewed tea and bag of chips on the side. Jo-Ann manager, Ronin, Michael, and Dani was the PERFECT crew to have, sorry if I miss spelled your names and everyone was very professional and spoke well mannered words and super nice. I highly recommend them to be able to work all day everyday day and train more people to be just like them. My first bite of my subway sandwich was amazing and burst with flavor with all the sides I chose to add on it also. Keep up the great work everyone that worked today's shift at about 11:25AM. Updated 2025.05.27. This Subway fast food continues to be a better value than the nearby McDonald's could offer or for dining ou. A better value meal that's healthier, faster, and less expensive if you split the foot long sandwich with two people. The ham, cheese and egg sandwich tastes better than what McDonald's has to offer despite McDonald's being much more popular.

Updated 2024.11.03. It's been six years ago since the last update but still have been coming here in a regular basis. Good value for fast food and a healthier as well as cheaper option. Best value sandwiches are the ham and the meatball. Seniors receive a small discount.

Updated 2018. Subway restaurants offers a consistent quality products. On Sundays, the sub of the day is meatball marinana $8 plus tax is $8.40.
