I dropped off a small project and explained very clearly what I was asking for and paid for it. I was not offered full explanation of why the job was not performed as a I asked when I went to pick it up a couple hours later. It sounded like the employee that was doing it made an executive decision to do it the opposite way I asked for. Quite puzzling. Also spoke to three different people to see if they could offer me any compensation for the lack of adherence to my requests. They did not refund me any of the amount I paid. They refused to give any gift card or even a coupon as I suggested as an alternative compensation. I will not be giving them any future business. Really disappointed in how...

Wow, That was fun, NOT. Ok Let me first say that the staff are good people and they did try their best to do a Great Job. So what I am saying next is not about the on site staff, they tried their best. But if you try to ship anything from there. Please forget it and get your self a horse and delivery it yourself. I was they for two hours before I gave up and left. They big signs on the store saying a Fedex ship center and we pack and everything. NOPE, forget that. It was a nightmare. Not a great experience. I sent a document to be printed and paid online. I then received a call the next morning from a random 866 number that there was a problem with the billing address on my card(there absolutely was not and the transaction had already gone through). The woman I spoke to seemed extremely sketchy though she did have the transaction amount right. She wanted all the information someone would need to steal my card. It reeked of a scam.
