Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Juneau

We just got our order of two pizzas, it took awhile to get our order delivered. The pizza guy didn’t seem so friendly we tipped him anyways, when we open up the box’s Both of our pizzas where smashed and destroyed. We where hungry and did not feel like waiting another hour to get different pizza. So we ended up having to scoop up all the toppings and put it back on to the smashed up, cold and doughy pizza that was just soggy like really soggy. Our soda was warm, paying this much for pizza and tipping the driver pizza should not be like this at all. This was horrible, one of the worst pizza experience that we’ve ever had with any pizza company’s we just threw it into the trash. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns anymore...

Food is good and delivery service has been consistent until this evening. I don’t know what was going on with the driver. He pulled into the driveway, sat there until I walked out then seemed unable to back his truck out and nearly took the mailbox with him. The driveway is wide enough for 4 cars… He was leaving. I had to scream at him to get his attention. I literally had to walk up to his truck in the street and ask him if he was going to give me my order. He opened his door pulled out a red bag, opened it and handed me my order without saying one word then left. And I paid him a 20% tip in the order to boot. Last time I ever do that again and probably the last time I order from Papa...

Went to Papa John’s on Jordan. I hear they have great Calzones, ads on the wall shows Calzones! Guess what no Calzones. They don’t sell Calzones anymore. I look up and think it’s Juneau, things run out…right? I look to order something else, but they have no prices! No prices for any of there items!! WTH? I ask the kid what items cost, he looks at me and says “I don’t know”…what a joke for a business!! I’m sure they have good food, but what a ridiculous way to run a business. It’s a take it or leave unprofessional way to operate. I won’t be back!! There are plenty of other local pizza places to do business with. I don’t recommend Papa John’s on...
